Globalement ça c’est bien passé
Pros:

L’accueil est au top l’établissement est propre et bien entretenu , les chambres sont spacieuses

Cons:

Avant il donnait des produits d’entretiens dans la salle de bain c’était sympa et plus maintenant je trouve ça dommage ,dans notre chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnais pas et j’ai dû le rappeler plusieurs fois une fois le monsieur monte mais ça n’a pas marcher malheureusement je repasse à l’accueil on me dis qu’on enverra quelqu’un et personne est venu j du redemander le soir à l’accueil et l’on m’a renvoyé un monsieur mais c’était la fin de mon séjour donc malheureusement trop tard
Ah oui et la chambre que j ai eu cette fois ci était sombre et pas lumineuse comparer à celle que j’avais réserver l’année d’avant
Faudrais peut être aussi améliorer les équipements dans les terrasses qui sont un peu vieillot

Pros:

5 star service , attentive , welcoming , met all expectations and beyond , the manager was a gem upgrading us to a suite , as we added 2 extra nights because you feel at home , the hotel in itself is in great location, with a cosy and lovely decoration , all was just perfect , we Will come back

Pros:

L’hôtel est situé entre l’Hivernage et Gueliz. Pour nos formalités administratives, c’était ce que nous recherchions. Pour visiter, c’est au calme mais rien n’est fort loin à Marrakech. Le rooftop, le bar, la piscine sont confortables à différents moments de la journée . Le personnel est réactif aux demandes.

Cons:

Le musicien au petit déjeuner . Ce n’est pas ce que l’on attend le matin….

Nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:
