Pros:

Nous étions venu il y a plusieurs années en arrière, et je suis ravis d’être revenue cette fois ci.
Merci beaucoup à Zaynab, elle a était incroyable de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ, à l’écoute et au petit soin avec nous, et je remercie également Kamel qui nous a très bien accueillis, et qui a su très bien gérer notre problème. C’est un hôtel familial et très bien situé. Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois probablement.

Cons:

Petit problème lors de notre réservation sur le nombre de personne, mais Zaynab et Kamel on vite régler le problème heureusement qu’ils étaient là.

Accueil chaleureux, propreté irréprochable, personnel disponible, professionnel et d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un endroit calme, idéal pour se détendre et passer un très bon séjour.

Un séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé..c’était un sans faute !
J’avais réservé au départ 2 nuits seulement mais je m’y suis sentie tellement bien que j’ai prolongé pr toute la durée de mon séjour.
J’ai eu aussi la chance d’avoir été surclassé ds une suite junior.
Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a ete d’une extrême gentillesse, serviable, bienveillant que ça soit à la réception, au restaurant, au spa, au bar et aussi les agents de conciergerie, gardiens, responsables etc.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé ds le quartier Hivernage a mi-chemin entre gueliz et la place jam El fnaa ce qui est un point positif. Il y a aussi bcp de restaurants et de commerces tout proche.
Si vous recherchez calme et serenite tout en étant bien accueilli et bien placé aussi pr sortir alors foncez les yeux fermés !
Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet établissement.

Pros:

The stuff was very kind, helpful and polite. The pool is nice. There is a great restaurant near the hotel.

Cons:

Very bad isolation. Very noisy. We could hear everything that our neighbors were doing and speaking since the rooms are separated by the door. Also the noises from other rooms, especially door closing and walking above our room.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Les espaces communs sont très beau et bien entretenus et le personnel est aux petits soins.

Cons:

Quand on regarde au détail on voit qu’il y a un problème d’entretien. Les joints de la salle de bain étaient en mauvais état, la frigo dans la chambre faisait un bruit très dérangeant, le plafond de la salle de bain avait des marques d’humidité. Beaucoup d’investissement dans les parties communes qui ne se reflète malheureusement pas dans les chambres.

I loved the property’s interior design. The staff were also warm, accommodating, & always willing to help with our needs.

Cons:

The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated. The bed sheets & curtains didn’t seem very clean, and the door lock wasn’t working properly.

Great and for coming back
Pros:

Was very satisfied with the lovely and warm welcome. All staff are great and smiling. I would like to mention specially Yussef in door that helped me so much. Also Tarik from the breakfast that helped me as disabled with heart. Also Soffian from reception. The atmosphere in the hotel is good. Thanks Also for the suitable room that was suitable for me as disabled. Room 46
