Great staff, but subpar rooms.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, helping with suggests about activities, making us comfortable. Nora, especially went above and beyond f to make us comfortable, and help with questions.
The location is great.

Cons:

The rooms are small and subpar for a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la médina et du quartier Gueliz. Le personnel est super accueillant. Un grand merci à Mery et Chemi d’avoir rendu ce séjour inoubliable et de nous avoir fait découvrir de délicieux plats marocains dans le restaurant de l’hôtel, l’Organza !

The room was disappointing , but the outer aspects of the hotel and the staff were wonderful.
Pros:

The lobby is beautifully decorated

Cons:

My bedroom had malfunctions. The door to the room did not lock, the bathroom windows did
Not lock and it was possible to open from outside (I was on the first floor just above the pool). The bathroom door did not lock to cancel that malfunction and I felt unsafe . I could not rest properly for the 2 nights

Zentrales Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Ich glaube, dass auch verschiedene Zimmer renoviert wurden. Der Empfang war sehr persönlich und herzlich, sodass man sich gleich willkommen fühlt.

Cons:

ch hatte eine Suite, die leider schon bessere Tage gesehen hat und dringend renoviert werden sollte. Das Lichtkonzept im Zimmer war unzureichend, sodass es insgesamt sehr dunkel war. Auch im Badezimmer gab es einige Mängel: Das Wasser im Lavabo lief nicht richtig ab und mehrere Kacheln lösten sich bereits von der Wand.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr bequeme Bett und die ruhige Atmosphäre, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgten.

Beim Frühstück waren wir um 9 Uhr. Leider waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits viele Speisen ausgelesen, und es wurde kaum etwas nachgefüllt. Wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen, damit fehlende Produkte wieder bereitgestellt wurden. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

It's ok, but not a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

Staff was kind.

Cons:

Air-conditioning at the gym was broken during the whole stay (5 days), no yogurt at breakfast on the last day (even though it was 08:45AM), no free water available (nor coffee or tea) - except for the first day of your stay. When at the gym, I asked for some water, and a very kind lady brought me a bottle from the bar, but charged me EUR 3 for it.
