The hosts were very welcoming, the property was spotless, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and the breakfast was very tasty, especially the sausages.....We will definitely be returning!

My room was clean and tidy but at the rear of the hotel overlooking the fire escape so not the best view.
No sitting room as such .
The owner was welcoming, chatty and informative. Spotlessly clean. The decoration was well maintained. Crisp, white bedlinen. Large soft and fluffy towels. Excellent breakfast choices with quality ingredients.

We felt room to be very compact in terms of the money but location and hospitality was really good
I was the only guest when attending a conference. Colin and Sandra were very gracious hosts. They looked after me really well and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was served beautifully. It is a dated property but very clean, just 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Llandudno railway station and 5 min to the conference venue.
Cleanliness was first class. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices.
