Fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Friendly welcoming hosts. Good size room with bay window perfect for sea view. Lovely big bathroom with big shower. Free parking. Fridge in the room. Excellent breakfast.

Fantastic B&B
Pros:

Colin and Sandra are wonderful hosts. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, such a great variety to choose from, we were spoilt for choice. The room was really comfortable, and we had a sea view which was great, listening to the waves each night as we fell asleep. We will definitely be back

Lovely stay, would recommend and would revisit.
Pros:

The rooms and all communal areas that we used were exceptionally clean. Colin and Sandra were incredibly warm and friendly and very helpful in suggesting local places to visit and to eat. All meals that we had were freshly cooked and delicious.

Excellent 1st stay in apartment
Pros:

Location is amazing and having own entry at the front made life so easy for taking the dog on regular walks. Everything you would need is provided and the proprietors are lovely. Booked to return as soon as we got home from last trip

Cons:

Literally only possible fault is that due to lack of daylight in basement apartment the bed felt terribly cold almost damp at night. But its wasn't a major issue!

A very comfortable and welcoming place
Pros:

The room was clean and well presented, partners birthday and the owner put birthday buntings in the room for her, how nice was that.
The room had a perfect sea view and at night it was still very quiet.a short walk to the town centre or the pier.
We were staying there to be able to use the velocity zip wire attraction, but wanted to be able to have a good choice for the evening entertainment.

Quality small hotel
Pros:

The owner was welcoming, chatty and informative. Spotlessly clean. The decoration was well maintained. Crisp, white bedlinen. Large soft and fluffy towels. Excellent breakfast choices with quality ingredients.

Cons:

The seagulls, but what do you expect at the coast?
