Great place to stay that meets the needs for s simple relaxing stay that is clean with great service
Pros:

Front desk and all of staff were friendly, approachable and provided excellent customer service. Everyone greeted you when they saw you without hesitation. Room was clean, breakfast service was tasty, great selection and easy

Best affordable pet-friendly accommodations!!!
Pros:

I loved that this location was so convenient and right along the river. This was our first time staying with our pet in a hotel and the pet fee was super reasonable. The size and amenities of the room was surprising at this price point!

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff. Facilities could be better.
Pros:

The room is spacious and very clean and well-groomed. All staff members, including concierge, are very friendly, and I felt welcome. The pet cleanliness fee is acceptable.

Cons:

Although there is a quiet hour around midnight and people usually follow it, the hotel room's sound insulation could be better. We often woke up in the morning because of the running steps from the upper floors.
The complimentary breakfast could be restocked or refilled more quickly because we arrived at the cafeteria around 9, and the 2 of 3 coffee bottles were almost empty.
Also, the elevator wait time could be long during peak hours.

Clean, safe, and outstanding staff.
Pros:

It was clean, it was safe, the staff at the front desk, especially, Jesus Santiago, was warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Cons:

The gym was very small and did not offer a lot.

Pros:

All things combined to make this a wonderful stay.
Location, view, atmosphere, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, amenities and perks!
Meals were fine and bountiful. They even gave treats for our mutt!
The spacious suite was very comfortable and quiet.
All in all, a great value!

Clean, Comfortable Friendly Stay- breakfast was delicious with many options. Very homey feel.
Pros:

Love the homey feel of lobby- plants, games available and complimentary happy hour was a nice touch. Overall, staff was very friendly and outgoing. I was very comfortable and love the deck with access to river walk below.
