Clean very good customer service

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were unfit for human use—to the point where my neck hurt for two days. I still like Hampton Hotels, but that night was bad.

All round very high standard hotel !
Pros:

Very modern, new and upbeat feel to it. Our room was larger than normal and well appointed.
Breakfast had a full menu with hot food as well as cereal, toast & fruit.
Business centre, gym…..this was an exceptionally well appointed hotel 5 min drive from the Marsh walk.
The young lady at reception could not have been more pleasant or helpful

Wonderful stay at the beach
Pros:

We enjoyed it; however, it’s a bit pricey when you can’t even enjoy pool time.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The smell of gas by the hot tub as well as bugs that kept biting us by the pool. The are needs sprayed down so you can enjoy time by the pool.

Great location, comfortable, good breakfast, nice pool area after a long day of walking.
Pros:

Good location to Murrells Inlet marsh walk, Huntington State Park, and Brookgreen Gardens.

Cons:

We had a suite, wished there was a dresser, or equivalent to put clothes I . Also, foot stools with the couch.
