Location was great. Food was wonderful. Was quiet and relaxing. All staff was friendly and cheerful.
Nothing.
Well seaaoned food kind wait staff and nice rooms
We stayed in a king, shower only room. We selected a room on north side (away from Interstate side) and it was quiet. Room and bathroom were smaller than most Hampton Inns where we have stayed. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was cold but heating system in room worked fine. Breakfast was okay (not great) and we had to wait several minutes for some items to be refilled, probably due to it being a busy weekend (with lots of youth soccer families - soccer fields were just across the street). We did have a problem with the keyless entry (and eventually a key entry) on the first morning after returning to room. It took three trips down to main desk to get it repaired. It needed a new battery in the door. It sounded like this might be a common problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights so we did not have housekeeping and only were provided two towels/washcloths. It is frustrating that as prices go up, services seem to go down. (A comment about hotels in general, and not just this specific one.) The next time we go to Billings we will probably pay a little extra for the Hampton Inn further west of town.
Very clean with great breakfast.
You enter the parking lot on the back side of the Hotel.
Location, cleanliness, modern decor, breakfast....it was all great!
Comfortable. Clean. Nice pool area.
We loved the room and the shower. But most of all, we were impressed by the breakfast. All the Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in had a really good breakfast, but JC, the host, but extra effo into pointing us to the special items, cleared the trays, and ensured we were having a good time. Highly recommended. Also right across from the Costco if you are visiting just for shopping.
This property has the most outstanding staff of any hotel I have ever stayed. Literally every person- from maintenance to breakfast to clerk staff personally greeted us and asked us if we had what we needed, chatted long enough to find out our names, and followed up with us later. Tremendous small town service, in a big town.
Kids loved the pool & breakfast was good.
