The location, the rooms and the reception service. I would like to leave a special mention to Daniela! She was very helpful!
Breakfast could be much better as well as housekeeping who forgot to refill the water, towels and higyne kit twice in three days.

i loved location and room design. but the best part is the staff. i needed doctor at some moment and they immediately helped me.

Muy buena ubicacion y personal muy atento. Las piezas son comodas y bien limpias. El personal se preocupa por ayudar en las reservas a espectaculos; restaurantes u otros. En llamar taxis , etc... La ubicacion excepcional para el barrio de Recoleta. Si se quiere ir mas lejos, taxi.
El hotel tienen una serie de detalles que observé a la concerjeria. Televisor con enchufe malo; luz de un velador se apagaba sola. Las toallas viejas. El cuarto dia pedimos mantequilla para el desayuno y no habia. No hay un Barmann que atienda, la niña a cargo sabe poco. En sintesis falta una actualizacion. Hemos ido varias veces y se esta desactualizando. Es bonito y comodo, pero falta una jefatura que se preocupe de los detalles, que son los que prestigian a un hotel.
