The beds were really comfy, the breakfast was tasty and the bar staff were friendly
There were several large groups. When we arrived we couldn't get into the hotel because a large group of girls were blocking the entrance. At reception it took a long time to collect our keys as there was a group in front of us and people kept pushing in - the one lady on reception didn't say anything. It was similar on check out queuing for car park validation- one person and a big queue.

The air-conditioning although the controller in my room was old and a struggle to operate.
I was worried about the parking before I arrived, but the underground carpark was excellent. I'm not sure if any guest is guaranteed it's use though.
We are in the hotel one evening and despite a few things being unavailable, thoroughly enjoyed our meal
Although the hotel did give me help solely, I think, because of my arthritis, I was, at first, told that "the hotel had no facility for helping guests with their luggage". I do not consider that an appropriate policy for a hotel claiming a four star rating.
Also we stayed during exceptionally hot weather and found the bar unable to keep white wines properly chilled..ok not important to many..but seems a problem the hotel could easily remedy if it chose to do so. Also their stock of wines was woeful, many wines and food items were not available whilst still being on the respective menus.

Not recommended! This is a poor experience and there is nothing redeeming about this hotel. Over price and no value! Don't Go!
The breakfast was awful and made me feel sick. Some cutlery was dirty, and only white bread was available. My £160 room was tiny, and I had to move because there was a bloodstain on the mattress. The sewing kit provided was used and had no needle. Overall, the cleanliness and service were unacceptable.

Very modern and clean, it also looked like the rooms and corridors had been recently decorated so looked very fresh.
