Complaint made, but since rectified by refund

Wheelchair accessible room was okay however push button on door did not work which posed health and safety risk in event of fire. Toilet seat broken, stain on bedding and no room service. Had to ask for towels and top up of soap dispenser.

Good relaxing stay just what was needed 5* service
Pros:

Lovely stay in my favourite room 803 an executive room. Great view through the two massive windows, one of which over Arundal Gate, which looks good in the evening with the lights. The room is very light and airy.Spotless and the facilities are just what is needed.
The extra large bed is so comfy and nice to relax whilst watching the tv with a coffee and some chocolate, which I do every time I stay.

The reception and breakfast team staff as ever were exception. 5*.
Breakfast is definitely worth having. 😋

There's nothing to not like, and that's why I keep returning.

Enjoyed our stay at The Leonardo Hotel which has great facilities and is well run.
Pros:

Large, comfortable, well designed room which included a large TV and ironing facilities. Great, comfortable bar. Cleaning staff very amenable and serviced room well daily. Shower was easy to operate. Hotel was in a great location near our event venue and city shopping centre.

Cons:

My husband found the bathroom floor slippery and hazardous.
