We had to change dates at last minute and the site we went through was telling us the hotel would not allow. We call the hotel and they said no problem and gave us credit for what we already paid. Lio and Jeff were fantastic with this. Lio went further when she found out we arrived on my wife’s birthday. She gave her a little gift basket and balloons. Exceptional service!!!
