We had to leave early due to a severe weather watch and only stayed 1night. I agreed to a charge for the second night but they said I would have to contact booking.com to have the 3rd night removed from my credit card. I am still waiting to hear from you and the hotel. The hotel had responded but gave me a timeline to respond however I was driving home and missed the deadline. I have yet to hear from either booking.com or the hotel.

Terrible stay
Pros:

Locked out of my room for over an hour, staff told me they would put me in a different room and try to get me in to get my things the next morning despite the fact that I needed to leave early in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous

Enjoyed our stay but our room needed some cosmetic upgrades and hot water.
Pros:

Staff are excellent - helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was a good size.

Cons:

There was significant rust on the desk lamp, tissue box cover was rusted and loose, and the water was lukewarm at best for showering. There were plenty of pillows but they were much too large for our preference. Recommend bringing your own if possible.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in years.

No accommodations for shift workers or people who work nights. They will either charge you for checking in 15 minutes early or make you wait. Totally unreasonable staff even when they are at quarter capacity and my room was clean.
Their response about any questions regarding my stay were pure corporate zombie mode: “Sorry, it’s policy.” No urgency, no solution, no common sense. Just blank stares and scripted nonsense.
They hide behind “policy” like it was the Ten Commandments. Zero flexibility, zero customer service, zero brains.
The staff overall were robotic, unhelpful, and don’t care if you ever come back.

Girls Weekend - Hockey
Pros:

This hotel is a gem in Weyburn. We have come to town for hockey for a few weeks in a row and once in February and the staff started recognizing us and talking to us like we have been friends for years. Lacey at the front and Shari in the breakfast area were by far the greatest staff I have met at any hotel so far. So friendly and awesome to talk to. Thanks Ladies for the best time.
