I had a very comfortable stay at Novotel Trabzon. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and everything was well organized. I especially want to thank Bushra from the reception, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Her warm attitude made my stay even better.

Thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again.

الفندق مرة حلو ، الاطلاله تجنن على الحديقة وااسعه وجميلة وفيه شاطيء قدام الفندق ، جمبنا بالضبط جواهر مول خطوتين ، الفندق نظيف والموظفين بعضهم عرب ، الفطور متوسط صراحة ، اخذناه ليلتين وجددنا ليلتين زيادة .

Staff need better training

The location is good, and free parking is available, but it is in an open area with little security.

Cons:

My stay was negatively affected by an unprofessional situation with reception. Early in the morning, while I was asleep, they called me saying the driver for a city tour I had “booked” was waiting downstairs. I explained that I had not booked any tour, but they insisted and even claimed my passport had been given to the tour company. I had to come down to reception, only to find out they had called the wrong room. Instead of a proper apology, they seemed annoyed by my frustration.

Other negatives: the air conditioning was not working and only provided heating.

النظافة جيدة لكن تحتاج إلى مزيدا من الاهتمام خصوصا في الممرات .
الأثاث قديم ويحتاج إلى تجديد
التكييف داخل الغرفة حار وعند مكالمة الاستقبال بالمشكلة قال إن بالشتاءفقط يكون حار !!
