يوجد بعض العاملين خصوصا في الاستقبال والمطعم من الرجال فقط وليس السيدات ، لايليقون بمستوى فندق نوفوتيل او مجموعة اكور ويحتاجون لتعلم التهذيب اكثر من النزلاء لانهم يمثلون مجموعة عالمية وليس شقق فندقية

بشكل عام الموظفين يحتاجون دورات في التهذيب
