Absolutely nothing
Dirty, everything's damaged and has been for years.. mold everywhere, old dirty sheets, the worst breakfast I've ever looked at, and for 100+ pounds a night.
This is NOT a 3 star hotel, its not even a hostel. Shared bathroom sh1thole of a place
We had lovely warm welcome, it was very hot on this day, no fan was provided, the beds were very noisy, the bathroom was clean, but no air and ventilation. I didn’t have breakfast as we left very early morning
Breakfast was nice and went out for way to give us a breakfast when we couldnt make the time

Das Hotel ist total heruntergekommen inklusive der Zimmer und des Gemeinschaftsbadezimmers. Dreckiger Teppich, Türen, die nicht abgeschlossen werden können. Fenster, die dauerhaft oben geöffnet sind und nicht geschlossen werden können. Wirklich das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war.
Staff were more than friendly. They went above and beyond to help out.
The place is slightly dated and could do with a bit of a renewal and possible refurbishment.

Very close to the bus stops and you get a key to the front door so you're very independent in coming and going. Nice to have some breakfast before starting your day, but the hours could start earlier.
The general cleanliness was pretty poor. Especially with shared bathrooms, I was expecting more upkeep going on.
The bed has just a sheet between you and the mattress, honestly Very cheap running.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable and I slept well. There was a kettle, tea and coffee, WiFi, TV as advertised. The decoration was outdated, but it was attractive and I actually liked it. It had a homely atmosphere. The bathroom although shared with the adjoining room was impeccably clean and I always found it available when needed. I was in a slight hurry for a flight in the morning, so I could not indulge in a cooked breakfast, but the chef kindly served me 15 minutes earlier than breakfast started with a simple breakfast of fruit juice, coffee, cereals and a selection of bakery, for which I was very grateful.
There was nothing I didn’t like, but the nearest restaurant for eating in the evening was a long walk or a short bus journey away. However, it was not difficult to get around as there were bus stops right outside the hotel.

Pretty small room, gap down side of door. Didn't realize a shared bathroom as it wasn't clear.
Pretty basic, and had to use air heater.
Our experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish.
Upon arrival, the room was visibly not properly cleaned. We found crumbs, dirt, and what appeared to be dried blood stains on the bed linen. The bathroom was also not very clean. We immediately reported this and asked for the room to be cleaned.
Although they claimed the room had been cleaned afterwards, when we returned we discovered the bed linen was still dirty, only now with different stains and spots. This made it very difficult to trust the hygiene standards of the accommodation.
Another issue was that the property advertised having a jacuzzi, which was one of the reasons we booked it, but there was no jacuzzi at all. This was misleading and not as described.
The staff initially tried to offer us £10 in cash as compensation, which we declined given the seriousness and ongoing nature of the issues. They then refunded half of the room cost and promised that everything would be properly cleaned the following day.
However, after returning from our day trip, we found the room had not been touched at all despite those promises. When we raised the issue again, there was little urgency to resolve it. Eventually the room was cleaned while we watched to make sure the bedding was actually replaced with clean sheets.
At that point we no longer felt comfortable staying there and decided to cancel the remainder of our reservation.
Mistakes can happen in any hotel, but the repeated hygiene issues, misleading advertisement, and lack of proper follow through made this a very poor experience overall.
