Definitely wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Location is superb. It is just at the end of high street Falmouth and there is a Tesco across the street. This is the only real positive with this place. It is good that it has a microwave, a fridge and a kettle. The water temperature was easy to adjust in the shower.

Cons:

The room is not clean. Not a big deal that things are old in the room, they are falling apart. The mattress sag was a terrible problem and I am still sufferring from the backache it gave me. The carpet was dirty, the fireplace had spider nets. The shower door did not close properly, wetting all the bathroom floor even after a short shower - it is not nice to walk over a wet floor in the bathroom then get all the dirt to your feet from the carpet. Wouldn’t stay again despite the location.

My stay was good but I had the same entry problems before so have little confidence in bookings.com
Pros:

The position opposite the Oyster festival was perfect. The help from the owner gaining access averted what could have been a serious problem and the price was very good. Most of the facilities were fine.

Cons:

Bookings.com had told Geoff they hadn't received payment but i already had a confirmation email and number and had checked my account. Fortunately he took my word for it and sent me the door codes. This delayed me for an hour and caused me some distress. The carpet needs replacing and the cleaners left the bin full. I received numerous unwanted emails including one detailing entry and facilities dated the 11th which was the last day of my stay.

Super zentral. Unkompliziertes Checkin.

Cons:

Grove single room
Pros:

I booked the single room at the back. Great little room with a desk and generous tea and coffee.
Very comfortable and of course excellent location for everything. Even a microwave and some plates in the room, superb.
