Great summer city break
Pros:

Great place, entertainment for younger and older children, very generous breakfast, new clean spa, coffee and tea in the room. I had a health massage which was absolutely amazing and good value for money with additional health advice. The executive room was very good and our two children stayed with us in the same room. Great views from the sixth floor window.
Great location for sightseeing, places to eat and convenience stores.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our bedroom was loud. Noisy street with the window open at night but some earplugs helped. The bathroom will need updating sometime soon and the hairdryer could be more modern/stronger.

Pokój 557, drzwi od łazienki skrzypią okropnie, muszla klozetowa jest bardzo niska, wysokość 37 cm,środki do mycia w języku angielskim,a więc cena 928 zł jest za wysoka, miał być wysoki standard z widokiem na miasto a mały skrawek okna pokazuje Wawel.

Bardzo przyjazne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi.
Pros:

Obsługa była wspaniała. Bardzo wspierająca i otwarta na dzieci. Wszyscy byli bardzo życzliwi i czuć było, że nie jest to wymuszone, ale bardzo naturalne. Bardzo przestronny pokój z oddzielną sypialnią - idealny dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do najważniejszych miejsc, spacerkiem można dojść do centrum, na Wawel, smaczne śniadania, bardzo fajnie wyodrębniona strefa saun. Woda z dystrybutorów dostępna w całym obiekcie.

Tanto la piscina como el gimnasio muy bien. Ubicación excelente. Toallas muy limpias. Me gusta la idea de la máquina del agua gratuita en los pasillos .

Cons:

Las camas muy incómodas con la sabana bajeras no ajustable y demasiado pequeña que con cada movimiento se caiga y tocabas la funda sucia. La funda del edredón demasiado grande. Las almendras de muy mala calidad. Limpieza de los baños se puede mejorar sobre todo las zonas de los grifos, y las juntas que estaban sucias. Alfombras necesitan Limpieza al final inmediata!!!!
