Pros:

The hotel was centrally located for convention center and Reading Terminal Market. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. They get 5 stars plus!

Cons:

My room was barely cleaned while I was there. There were hairs in the shower and on the toilet. The next day after housekeeping came through, the hairs were still there. In-room coffee and creamer were not replenished. Walking down Race street in either direction from the hotel felt very sketchy. Walking towards center city I felt safe.

Clean and safe with paid parking across the street. The parking is not the best bargain but convenient

Cons:

I can’t say the hotel staff were particularly friendly, but I don’t think the issue was really with them. From what I could tell, the hotel’s systems and processes are quite poor, and the front desk staff don’t seem to have the authority to resolve the issues caused by those systems. Overall, it was a rather strange experience.

Decent facility, centrally located with paid parking across the street.
Pros:

Location was central and convenient. Paid parking is very close by. Convention Center and cool market place next door.

Cons:

A bit loud outside: mostly loud vehicles and loud music from vehicles on occasion, especially. during the night.
Paid parking across the street is $48 per day with in/out privileges.
