Bien dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Hôtel qui correspond à la description. Personnel très agréable. L’hôtel a tout de même besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement pour un 4 étoiles et vu le prix de la nuit c’est très limite. Il est assez éloigné de la ville mais un service de navette est mise en place par l’hôtel pour se déplacer et c’est très appréciable.

Cons:

Il manque un parking pour l’hôtel. C’est difficile pour trouver une place ou se garer.

A minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante dececionante. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, esperava um nível de qualidade muito superior.

O quarto tinha instalações antigas e a ventoinha fazia bastante barulho, tornando a estadia pouco confortável. Além disso, não existe estacionamento, o que é um grande inconveniente.

O atendimento também ficou muito aquém do esperado. Alguns funcionários, especialmente na receção, nem sequer respondiam quando lhes desejávamos um “bom dia”, demonstrando falta de simpatia e profissionalismo.

Na minha opinião, a relação qualidade/preço é fraca e não corresponde à classificação do hotel. Infelizmente, foi uma experiência que não pretendo repetir e não voltaria a escolher este hotel.

La vista sulla city, peccato solo che non potano le piante davanti alla piscina togliendo la bella visuale.

Gli infissi della camera erano di legno vecchio, una parte di finestra non si poteva aprire, in generale è una struttura che ha i suoi anni e la manutenzione lascia molto a desiderare

Wir waren enttäuscht.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Blick aus dem Poolbereich sehr hübsch. Das Frühstück war ansprechend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, was man leider an vielen Stellen recht deutlich sieht. Der Putz blättert von der Aussenfassade, die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und die Liegen klapprig. Dass der Innenpool nur nach vorherigem Erwerb einer Badekappe benutzt werden darf, hätten wir gern vorher gewusst. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und boten keinerlei Möglichkeit, Badesachen oder Handtücher aufzuhängen.
