Will never go to this hotel again

The upgrade in room. The staff at reception was very nice.

Cons:

Had very bad experience during dinner. Waiter took so long to take my order. I had to go and ask if anyone coming to take my order. I ordered a burger and chips. I waited for more than one hour to get my food and this after I queried the waiter. Staff were having fun in the kitchen, waiters talking and teasing each other whilst guest were waiting to be served. Thankfully when I complained, the supervisor came to apologize and give me an upgrade in my room as compensation. The fridge in the room was so noisy and the washroom smelly. Thankfully I spent only one night there. Will never go to this hotel again and I wrongly booked same as I usually go to the sandton Sun and Towers.

Great loaction, Beautifully decorated and comfortable room, we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, bathroom had a wonderfully lit vanity. Bedding was clean, soft and confy. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in, I slept well on both nights. The carpeted room assisted to keep the space warmer, despite the winter season.

Cons:

replenishment of coffee after room cleaning. Not exactly a deal breaker...but my sister and I love a cup of coffee in the morning or after a long day.

Excellent
Pros:

Location is perfect Breakfast is good but service is very Poor especially the beverages section needs an improvement where you have to order the tea and coffees which takes ages to be served and it comes cold ,
I did not enjoy the teas at all because they always come after 5 or more minutes
