Pros:

It was a good location , staff very friendly

Cons:

Room 5 smelt of dogs terrible , the bed was uncomfortable, bathroom tatty. Breakfast was ok you get what you pay for

Just a couple of little things that could improve the overall impression.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful, Obliging with pre ordered Vegan breakfast. Offer of Vegan milk in room would be appreciated- we brought our own.

Cons:

The bathroom mirror/light didn't light up and the pull cord was very grubby which was off putting, also the toilet toll holder was rusty- the shower was spacious and clean.

Shame that there is an additional charge to park.

A great stay. Very convenient for us.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean.
It is in a great position for the ferry to France.
We managed to park at the back of the hotel.

Cons:

It would be better if Reception was open until ferry passengers arrive at the hotel.

Excellent value, nice location, friendly people.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and the room was a well appointed ground floor flat accessed via the car park. It was close to Plymouth Hoe affording the opportunity for a pleasant walk. Staff were friendly and I would certainly stay there again.

Cons:

There was no accessible soap in the shower other than the shampoo which didn't suit me particularly well.

Great place for theatre visit and seeing the sights.
Pros:

This place was ideally suited for our theatre visit. I expect we were indoors and in bed before other theatre goers had left the theatre car park! Very friendly staff,especially at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and well cooked and plentiful. Room was large and comfortable as was bed. Couldn't hear other guests at all.

Cons:

Room perhaps a little tired looking but nothing that would put me off staying there.

Great little hotel very near to Plymouth Pavillions
Pros:

Hotel was a great base for the one night we went to a show at the pavillions it was comfortable and the staff friendly the breakfast was great 😊

Nothing really - decor is a little tired in places but still value for money
