نسيت أدويتي في ثلاجة الغرفة حينما غادرت يوم 14 يونيو الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرًا، عدت لهم مساء اليوم الساعة الحادية عشرة مساءً وافادوني بعدم وجودها، للأسف عاملة النظافة للغرف غير مدربة لتزويد الاستقبال بالأدوية، الأمر الذي اضطرني للذهاب للصيدلية وشراء أدوية كورية بديلة.
The staffs are very nice and helpful. Full score for the service mind!
The amenities/ facilites are old for items such as dryer, shower and bathtub. It might not giving a clean environment with the stain and crack on them.

The service staff are great with many able to speak good English and friendly. I liked: being able to request complimentary water bottles on demand. Ice machines on two floors. The huge dressing table mirror and continuous table surface running right across one side of the room. The engineer was able to clear the slow drainage of the bathtub and sink quite effectively. The room service menu was pretty decent (the pizza margherita was amazing) and came in use when I had a flu for 3 days, though naturally prices were on the much higher side.
Two staff members were most memorable: Claire, who was very helpful assisting us when we arrived with a wheelchair for my 89-year-old mother and delightful conversation and service during our stay. Jinny provided an excellent and most kind check-in and check out experience, showing much initiative in anticipating our needs for our two week stay.
This hotel will make you very fit, as there is a long steep sloped pavement from the hotel to the magnificent shopping and feasting delights of iconic Gangnam Road and Sinnonhyeon subway station. My glutes were super-powered from the experience of wheeling my dear mother daily up that slope. An excellent five star hotel at an excellent price for those who want to naturally keep fit during a holiday.

I had my own dental kit but noticed that the hotel is charging for their dental kit, if you want to use it. I've never seen this at any 5 star hotel anywhere in the world.

I came for a staycation with my mom for Parent’s Day & her birthday, and the staff was exceptional in taking care of us. I had left a message while making a reservation and they left us delicious chocolate & a bottle of wine and wished her happy birthday during check-in. Louis at the front desk was amazing and very kind. Overall, I’d come back with my parents again.
Das Hotel lag auf einem Hügel, sodass ich hochlaufen musste. Ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, aber leider lag das Zimmer an der Hauptstraße
