I had my own dental kit but noticed that the hotel is charging for their dental kit, if you want to use it. I've never seen this at any 5 star hotel anywhere in the world.

I came for a staycation with my mom for Parent’s Day & her birthday, and the staff was exceptional in taking care of us. I had left a message while making a reservation and they left us delicious chocolate & a bottle of wine and wished her happy birthday during check-in. Louis at the front desk was amazing and very kind. Overall, I’d come back with my parents again.

The hotel was spacious, clean and well appointed. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The food served was excellent as well, and the room service food was very generous and tasty. The staff were also super helpful, and were friendly and polite.
This hotel is a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable hotel in a convenient part of Seoul.
The location worked really well for my trip. It’s close to Nonhyeon Station, which made it easy to move around Gangnam and reach areas like Apgujeong, COEX, and other parts of the city. For travelers who prefer convenience over chasing the newest “Instagram hotel,” this place makes a lot of sense.
The room was clean, practical, and comfortable, with enough space for a short stay. The overall style feels more classic and business-oriented, but the service was warm and efficient, and the hotel had the kind of reliable atmosphere that makes travel feel easier.
What I appreciated most was that it felt low-stress: easy transportation, helpful staff, and a comfortable room to come back to after a long day in Seoul.
I’d recommend it for business trips, couples, or first-time visitors who want a dependable hotel base in Gangnam.
