The area is superb as we are closer to everything. Being first time in your area it is a beautiful experience. Thank you for making it memorable.
Great location and very easy to get to. The rooms were clean, tidy, and serviced daily, which made our stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.
The buffet breakfast was great, with plenty of options available each morning. The selection was generally the same each day, so there wasn’t a lot of variety or rotation, but there was enough choice to suit most people.
The hotel was also very easy to access, with convenient parking and a simple drop off area right outside reception, making check in and unloading luggage hassle free. Having Foxtel in the room was a nice bonus and gave us plenty of entertainment options when relaxing after a busy day.
The key cards for the rooms were a bit frustrating. They kept deactivating, and we had ongoing issues accessing our room throughout our stay. We had to return several times to have our key card reprogrammed.
Each time, we were given a different explanation, including that the housemaid may have left the wrong key, that the card had been kept too close to a phone, or that it had somehow been coded to a different room. These explanations didn’t seem to make sense, as we had successfully used the same key card to access the lift and our room many times beforehand. It became quite frustrating having to repeatedly return to reception to resolve the issue.
As always the meet and greet was warm and friendly with lots of info given.
The room was warm, clean and inviting.
The room service was amazing.
Breakfast in the morning was brilliant with an array of food to suit everyone. Cereals, fruit, hot food and of course our favourite toaster. Juices and hot beverages.
I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but the alarm going off and having to evacuate was interesting and handled calmly and professionally by the staff. No one was grumbling, and the firies were happy to have a quick chat once the all clear was given.

Quality of the mattress. The mattress is soft type which may not very good for people who got back pain.

There was an issue with us getting into our room twice but the staff were very helpful in sorting it out.
We were left wanting at breakfast. The selection of food was good but the quality was not great.
We also organised a late checkout at an agreed time, about an hour before this we got a call to say we should have checked out already.

Breakfast was okay. It included most of the standard breakfast options, although the selection was not very extensive.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy.
After checking out, we asked the reception to arrange a taxi to the airport. The receptionist kindly informed us of the last digits of the vehicle’s licence plate and the approximate waiting time after booking the car for us.
When the car arrived, we got in without paying much attention, as it appeared to be a private vehicle rather than a standard taxi, and we therefore did not confirm the fare in advance.
However, upon arriving at the airport, we discovered that the driver had taken us directly to the T4 drop-off area for convenience and then charged us an unreasonable fare significantly higher than a normal taxi rate.
This experience made us feel that the hotel’s transportation arrangement service was quite unprofessional.
