Comfortable, clean and convenient
Pros:

Breakfast inclusion was so convenient and staff were amazing nothing was to big of a hassle

Cons:

Pool is showing signs of age and steps getting in and out are aggressive cut our knees everytime

The staff on reception when I checked in was wonderful and very welcoming, the pool access was open 24 hours was ideal.

Location was good, parking was good

Cons:

We were given a room at the back of the property that didn’t have much of a view other than a huge brick wall.
Windows in rooms don’t open so was fairly claustrophobic and the red in the room was aggressive

A well-located and comfortable hotel. We are glad we chose Novetel Mebourne Glen Waverley.
Pros:

Novetel Glen Waverley is well-located. It is right next to the Century City, with lots of eateries. It is also a mere 5-minute walk from Glen Waverley Station. We enjoyed the balanced breakfast, with its good selection of fresh pastries, savory meats, crisp salad and fresh fruits. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay.
