Novetel Glen Waverley is well-located. It is right next to the Century City, with lots of eateries. It is also a mere 5-minute walk from Glen Waverley Station. We enjoyed the balanced breakfast, with its good selection of fresh pastries, savory meats, crisp salad and fresh fruits. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The restaurant was very disappointing and extremely overpriced for the quality of the food and overall experience. The service was very slow, and the staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive.
In my opinion, the hotel needs to seriously improve its customer service and the overall attitude of some members of staff.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Considering the prices charged, I expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would personally avoid staying here again.

Very clean. Staff were friendly.
The pool and sauna provided some relaxation. I had the opportunity to order in or eat in the downstairs restaurant.
I had a late check out at 3pm. I went up to get changed and get my bag at 2.45pm but couldn’t get in my room. I had to go down to reception to get them to reopen the room.
It was surrounded by shops, a mall, eateries, cinema and gaming room.
I guess in comparison to staying at Novotel Preston, I found the room a bit tight for the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids.

The room was a good size for two people, with plenty of lighting during both the day and night. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The surrounding area was lively and entertaining until late at night, which was a great bonus for the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
