Below the usual standards expected from the Radisson
Pros:

Handy location , close to city and with parking

Cons:

Noisy party of young gymnasts were staying and occupying all residents seating areas in lobby and bar. The room I booked was not available for the first nigh5 of my stay and we were allocated a room for those needing wheelchair or disability access.. this meant bathroom facilities were at a ridiculously low level for a 6 ft tall person. We only got moved after we complained .. no apology offered . Breakfast menu for any additional items not displayed openly for you to choose omlettes or poached eggs cooked to order. No Thankyou or ‘did you have a nice stay with us’ offered at checkout. . This is not the usual standard we have come to expect from many previous stays at the Radisson hotels

Good except didn’t quite meet what I expected for the price paid
Pros:

I liked the location it was comfortable staff friendly

Cons:

Firstly , I had to clean the overflow in the hand washbasin in our bedroom , it was filthy
I didn’t like the way the breakfast was put into large terrines especially the bacon , I should imagine some of it sat there for hours , nothing was very hot just Luke warm but otherwise a good selection lovely cuppa

Great central location with fantastic view of the cathedral & castle
Staff very welcoming, friendly & helpful
Room very good size, clean & comfortable beds
Breakfast great choice & plenty of it too
Staff wavered the car parking charge for 2 nights, very thoughtful

Cons:

Nothing would definitely stay again

Temiz ve İlgili Bir Otel, Ancak Premium Oda Şartları Eksikti
Pros:

Radisson Blu'da geçirdiğimiz süreden genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle otelin lokasyonu, personelin güler yüzlü ve yardımcı tutumu ile odaların temizliği harikaydı.

Cons:

Ancak "Premium Oda" konseptiyle aldığımız odada maalesef bu kategoriye uygun şartlar sunulmamıştı. Odada buzdolabı bile yoktu, talep ettikten sonra odaya eklettirmek durumunda kaldık.
​Ekibin ilgi ve alakası için teşekkür ederiz, ancak üst segment oda standartlarının daha iyi denetlenmesini tavsiye ederiz.

Booked a river view but got the side of the hotel, had to close curtains anyway due to cobwebs, such a shame.

Great location, wonderful room and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.
Bed very comfy and great size rom overlooking the river.

Cons:

More comfy seating in the bar area as felt a bit like a small restaurant. Not much atmosphere so we didn’t stay and took our drinks up to the room.

Pros:

Good location, very friendly staff, big room with a comfortable bed. Plus had parking and a pool

Cons:

The room was cold and I had to ask for a blanket. The changing rooms for the swimming pool is tight for space and I got knocked over by another user. The cost of the breakfast if you didn't take the room rate with breakfast was high at £25.per person. The car park cost are not cheap at £14 for the day.
