We like the location of the property, and the spa was good.
We could hear next doors tv through the wall, which was on most of night. Doors slamming in corridor also.
Room service was fab, if a wee bit slow.
Room was missing some cleaning touches. Hairs on floor and in bathroom, rubbish in bin.
Spa facilities, room comfort and cleanliness
Price was high for the location and facilities
The location was excellent and the rooms clean and spacious. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
The bar was poorly stocked and offered an exceptionally poor no/low alcohol selection.
Other than reception, the staff were generally functional rather than attentive and helpful.
We decided to have breakfast on our last day, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were quoted a ridiculously high, prohibitive price. We declined and went elsewhere.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was sterile and dull
Location great and as always with Radisson Blu, very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast with hot and cold food offered.
It was all good apart from the car parking which was too expensive. All in all I would say the stay was on the expensive side.
Everyone helpful and friendly. Everything carefully thought out and well presented.
To nitpick… I do like porridge for breakfast…
Riverside location. Very quiet but near the city. Very well presented hotel. Made use of the pool and sauna. Very nice.
The food menu needs updating. But there are lots of restaurants nearby.
