Lobby sehr luxeriös, Begüßungsgetränk , Poolbereich sehr schön

Cons:

Alte Zimmer mit abgewohntem Mobiliar . Viele Zimmer nur über etliche Treppen erreichbar. Aufzug nicht vorhanden. Zu weite Wege , egal wohin . Strand sehr hässlich, schmutzig und ohne Privatsphäre. Kein eigener Hotelstrand , sondern öffentlich und jeder local läuft vorbei . Viele Menschen mit Hund die an der Badestelle ins Wasser urinieren und koten , absolutly NOGO .
Auch wieder Treppen runter zum Strand und zudem auch noch schlecht und gefährlich zu laufen . Liegen alt , stark verschmutzt . Handtücher sehr klein und uralt .
Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen, viel viel zu teuer für den nicht vorhandenen Luxus .
Auf keinen Fall für Menschen mit Behinderung oder Geh- Einschränkungen.
Würde es nicht nochmal buchen . Ist das Geld auf keinen Fall wert

A fabulous oasis a short distance from the fabulous sites around Tunis.
Pros:

Loved this hotel. From the warm welcome we received when we arrived at 3 a.m. ( after a delayed flight ) , the room that looked just like the online photos, the delicious breakfasts, the stunning pool and beach, but most of all the lovely staff.
The housekeeping was super efficient ( she used to stop doing a 'changeover' room, to do ours when she saw us going out for the day so it was always done when we got back ), the lovely concierges who would order us taxis, and make sure we had a known/agreed price before we left, and the great wait staff who knew our 'usual' at breakfast by the third day.
The hotel is on the edge of 'La Marsa' a lovely beach town, and very Tunisian - not that many tourists around. It was a short taxi ride to Sidi Bou Said , a charming village, and to Carthage to see the Roman ruins. It was also less than 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes ( and 20 TND ) from Tunis centre. A luxurious oasis to return to after a day out sightseeing.

Cons:

It was not cheap, and the resteraunts were International, I would have preferred more Tunisian fare. A small complaint as we could go a 10 minute walk to good local restaurants.
Also water pressure and temperature of the shower could have been better, it was OK, but not great.

Hotel de rêve, très bien Placé
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel directement à proximité de la plage, avec plage, privée et surveillée. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et professionnel. La piscine extérieure est grande il y a de l’espace autour. Elle est très jolie. L’emplacement de la chambre juste devant la plage, c’est très agréable de se réveiller aussi près de la mer, on entend le bruit des vagues quand on est dans la chambre. Le service de voiturette électrique qui peut nous transporter d’un endroit à l’autre de l’hôtel en cas de problème de mobilité. L’hôtel nous a prêté un fauteuil roulant ce qui est très gentil.

Cons:

La piscine extérieure n’est pas chauffée, c’est un peu dommage. La piscine intérieure n’est autorisée aux enfants de huit heures à midi. C’est un peu dommage pour l’après-midi quand on est hors saison car la piscine extérieure est froide. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas varié, c’est le même tous les jours.
