El personal de la recepcion fue muy amable, nos apoyaron en todo momento.

Cons:

Realmente no hubo nada malo, solo estuve una noche por lo cual no pude visitar mas areas del hotel, mas que recepcion, mi habitación y el estacionamiento.

The receptionist that helped me with the check in process.

Cons:

The pool area must be separated from the restaurant access.
The people from the pool leaves water drops that causes slippery floor inside the restaurant and it can cause an accident.
The staff is rude and they dont help to much.
Only the receptionist that helped me with the check in process and the restaurant waiter were polite and with great attitude.
The rest of the staff are rude including the bell boys.
