We had a great stay Neha in the Citrus restaurant was very helpful
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and supportive throughout our stay. We initially faced a leakage issue in our room, but as soon as we informed the management, they responded promptly and upgraded us to a luxurious room. Their quick action and excellent hospitality made our experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Toilet flush not working and no comolete flushing.
No bucket, mug, Chappal in room.
Small bath tub.
Water leakage from shower knob
Irritating behaviour of reception counter people.

Overall good in terms of service, hospitality and location.
Pros:

Overall experience was excellent. The front staff was very cordial and cooperative, specially Surbhi. The chef was able to understand my food related issues and serve as requiree.

Cons:

The toilet pot was not cleaned properly and the bath are not ventilated adequately. Need to be attended by the service staff.
