Fresh air, peace and quiet and an excellent evening meal
Pros:

Stayed here while travelling by car from Scotland to Italy. Good and quiet location just off main road in village of Etroubles (after doing the Grand Saint Bernard Tunnel/Pass and before you get to Aosta). Traditional style for this part of the world, plenty of wood used in construction. Nice room, very clean and with a small balcony. Staff very nice and helpful, especially those in the excellent restaurant; my wife had a superb "tagliata" which surpassed any she has ever had in Tuscany. Good choice of wines including some excellent local ones. Breakfast was also very good with great range of items.

Cons:

Parking within the hotel a bit limited. Hotel is slightly old-fashioned but we both felt that this added to ts charm.
