Das Restaurant hat nicht überzeugt. Trotz kleiner Karte waren nicht alle Gerichte verfügbar. Trotz grosser Weinkarte wurde uns ein ungekühlter Roséwein angeboten. Gekühlten Rose nur mit Markenänderung möglich. Rechnung wurde falsch erstellt mehrfachbelastung nicht erhaltener Getränke.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé.
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés à ski et à pieds depuis les montages et la frontière suisse. Le lendemain, retour en Suisse par les télésièges de Crevacol et skis de randonnée via Testa Crevacol et le col du Grand-St-Bernard. Emplacement donc idéal pour cette boucle sur deux jours. Chambre spacieuse, local pour les skis, très bons petits-déjeuners et repas au restaurant.

Cons:

Je n'avais pas qu'il fallait réserver le spa, donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter après notre randonnée car il était complet. Ce serait bien de le mentionner sur les sites web.

Pros:

Breakfast well arranged and served, location is very convenient between Swiss and Italy, very easy to get to Grand Saint Bernard Pass, city of Aosta, Courmayeur. Free parking is a huge plus. We got a free upgrade to superior room.

Uncomfortable sofa bed for the price of a regular hotel.
Pros:

Reception staff very friendly and professional. They went beyond expectations.
Location is perfect on the route.
The balcony was very nice.
Good parking.

Cons:

The bed was not a regular bed, it was a sofa bed. I felt every spring and it wasn’t long enough.

The sound proofing was non existent, every small movement of voice of the neighbors I heard.

I asked if the kitchen was open (late to be fair) they first said yes and then after finding out I was only they said it’s closed.

Les chambres sont jolies, le repas était typique, bon et bien présenté

Cons:

Le service au restaurant n’est pas très pro. Apparemment chacun a un rôle précis donc la personne qui est là ne prend pas votre commande, et vous devez attendre 20 minutes son collègue. On ne sait plus que demander à qui et l’accueil des clients qui sont là semble passer après le débarrassage ou la préparation de la salle pour le service suivant. En particulier au petit déjeuner. . Dommage car cet endroit a tout pour bien faire

Pros:

Vaste et confortable chambre mais qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement (brosse WC cassée). Très bon accueil à notre arrivée avec disponibilité. Bonne cuisine.

Cons:

Le service du restaurant n'était pas au point. Quatre personnes différentes sont venues prendre notre commande chacun à leur tour avec des propositions de menus et vins différentes. Du coup ils étaient perdus...Puis nous avons attendu une heure entre l'entrée et le plat. Difficultés pour se faire comprendre même en anglais. Mais peut être débutaient-ils dans la restauration? La vue annoncée sur la montagne était en fait une vue sur le camping. Dommage.
