Staff at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful one lady in particular a mexied race young lady had a despicable attitude other than that they stay was good unfortunately she had already spoiled the experience for us.

RV no falla...
Pros:

El comedor un poco mal organizado porque estaba la comida dispuesta en muchas isletas separadas pero cuando le pillas el tranquillo molesta poco. Muy bien que haya alguien en plancha haciendo cosas calientes en cualqueir momento.
La atención del personal tanto en la entrada como en el comedor muy buena. Limpieza tb muy correcta.
Hay parking fuera. Que esté apartado de la zona más centrica tiene eso.

Cons:

Me sigue pareciendo fatal que en este tipo de hoteles te fuercen a pagar una bebida aparte por cada comensal y en cada comida. Para mi no tiene sentido y lo hacen todos. Lástima también que quede tan lejos de la zona más transitada y algo de la playa más cercana. Con todo eso volvería a repetir.
