Excellent location, efficient and comfortable
Pros:

excellent location, easily accessible by public transport, underground and frequent bus service. easy walking distance into central London for site seeing and shopping. Quiet street even though central location. Very near supermarkets and shops. Nice feeling to walk along streets nearby. Room was adequate, beds comfortable, efficient and well equipped kitchen. Suited our needs very well.

Cons:

London had a heat wave! No air conditioning but provided a good fan.

Basic but clean and comfortable stay in a nice, quiet hotel with easy access to all the sights.
Pros:

Clean and well-maintained. It's good-value, very central and close to Tube stations. Easy access from street and to the room. Basic kitchen facilities for making tea, fridge for storing drinks and food are a bonus. I'd certainly stay again.

Pros:

Where to start! The staff were fantastic. They very graciously upgraded our room when I told them my wife was staying overnight after having surgery - we ended up in a room with air conditioning which was an absolute life saver.
The room was clean, beautifully presented, the kitchenette had everything we needed and the toiletries did the job.
We had left something in the wardrobe by accident but they were very helpful when we went back after checking out to retrieve said item.
The beds were very comfortable too, which was a real relief.
In a great area, surrounded by plenty of food options.

Pros:

A equipe é bastante cordial. A localização é excelente, numa boa vizinhança e bastante tranquila, mas próxima a comércio, parques e estações de transporte. O chuveiro é bom. O quarto é simples mas confortável. Tem o essencial, inclusive com uma pequena cozinha com fogão, geladeira e utensílios.

Cons:

O banheiro é um pouco apertado, mas entendo que não há muito o que fazer. Os sons do corredor ficam bastante altos dentro do quarto, e por vezes parece que estão entrando no seu quarto - mas é só impressão e também não tem muito o que fazer. Entretanto, a qualidade da acomodação continua sendo boa e o custo-benefício é excelente.

Perfect for an overnight stay for a meeting
Pros:

Does exactly what you need for an overnight in London for a meeting or event. Décor a little tired, but brand new carpet in the room, and all the equipment I needed, including towels, soap and shampoo. Very happy with my stay.

Cons:

Would be good to have recycling bins, there was space in this room and the option to leave glass bottles out to be collected.

Pros:

Wonderful and attentive staff. They upgraded my room with no extra charges. They helped me with my heavy suitcase, and also looked after a few packages that arrived for me, before my arrival. The room was clean and spacious and the location was the best!

가격대비 위치, 시설, 청결 모두 다 좋았습니다.

일반적인 호텔의 운영방식과는 조금 달랐지만, 문제될건 전혀 없었습니다.

룸업그레이드를 해주신건지, 제가 방문했을때는 싱글 2대가 아니라 싱글1, 더블1 이렇게 배정받았었고 방도 넓고 좋았습니다.

히터도 잘나왔고 따뜻한 물도 잘나왔습니다.

인덕션과 기타 주방 도구들도 있어서 정말 편했습니다.

Cons:

헤어 드라이기가 없었지만, 전화로 문의하니 1분만에 가져다 주셨습니다.

Pros:

The room was great for it size and the kitchen and shower was great that's what we liked

Cons:

The room was great and so big and what we needed but the bed where terrible and we all had a bad night sleep but the room and little kitchen and the toilet and shower were excellent it was just the bed's that was terrible
