Dirty, unfriendly and not worth half the price. Will never return.
Pros:

There was really nothing I like about this place. For a supposedly 4 star place, it was anything but.

Cons:

No amenities in the lobby, no comfortable furniture to sit and meet with guests, no water or coffee offered.

Staff was just shy of belligerent when enquiring about things. As if we were bothering them.

Room smelled funny and was not comfortable. Some rooms were dusty and smelled bad.

Coffee was brewed for breakfast one cup at a time. When you have a restaurant full of people this presents a problem. People were waiting in line for a coffee - in a four star hotel! Unacceptable!

Comfortable, large hotel in a grand building, well situated for the city but outside the centre.
Pros:

Room was comfortably large. Building is beautiful.

Cons:

Rooms a bit tired - no one likes plastic shower curtains!
