La chambre était mal située. Nous étions au niveau de la route.
Il manquait des des tasses, nous étions quatre, il n’y a pas de frigo. La salle de bain n’était pas propre et pas confortable. Cette chambre n’est pas au niveau de l’établissement très déçue.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, the food was delicious, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel and it is a short walk back from the Aviva, I would stay again and highly recommend a stay in Clayton Hotel, Ballsbridge
No complaints from me and my friends
The place is adorable on the outside. The location was nice for what we wanted, not a ton to do within walking distance from what we found, at least in the area we explored for the night we were there. The downstairs restaurant/bar area was nice. It was nice that they had on-site parking, huge plus. The staff was nice. We enjoyed the desert we had and breakfast.
I was so excited to stay here. From the pictures it looked amazing and most of it was but the room was such a huge let down. For the price we paid to stay here, my expectations were so much higher. The room felt clean, but run down. I really had high expectations for what we paid. I was super disappointed with the room.
We had an awesome stay at Clayton Ballsbridge! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the hotel has such a relaxed and positive atmosphere. The building is beautiful and full of Dublin charm. Our family room was cosy and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Great location. Reception & bar & room lovely.
No aircon is 30degree heat. Melting.windows only opened a very small bit. Bathroom requires an upgrade.

The location was excellent. I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and it’s a lovely, bright and airy hotel. Our room was ready in check in which was great to hear and I asked if we could check out at 12 instead of 11 on the Sunday and it was no problem at all. My daughter is coeliac and the breakfast options were great for her. Our waitress was very helpful at dinner and spoke to the chef about accommodating a gluten free alternative to her dinner. We had a very positive experience with all of the staff.
I felt it was a bit pricey for one night, even for Dublin. The room didn’t have a fridge or air con. Thankfully the housekeeping staff had kept the curtains closed in the room as we stayed during a heatwave. We had a fan thankfully or the heat would have been unbearable.

Lovely hotel, Ideal location for Aviva 15min walk, lovely bar food and friendly staff. Online check in was very easy to use and saved us time not having to queue to check in, email received when room was ready. Safe car park. very clean hotel. Will definality be back .
Understand there is a reduced rate for the carpark but hotel was expensive felt carpark could be free.
The location is great
The rooms are too hot, it says aircon but there isn’t. I called reception too they said they fixed it but the room was uncomfortable all night. I even called in advance to make sure they had aircon. We also booked an exec room but the rooms are so small. You couldn’t stay here for more than one night.
