Good but not great
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable. Location was good.

Cons:

Most staff we encountered were not very personable or kind. The lighting in the rooms was not very good.

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber bitte NICHT über booking.com buchen
Pros:

Top Lage im Zentrum, freundliches Personal, großzügige Zimmer. Nette Lokale in Umgebung.

Cons:

Bitte NICHT über Booking.com buchen!!! Preis war viel zu teuer - direkt beim Hotel zu buchen wäre viel preisgünstiger gewesen. Habe booking.com zwei Mal per mail kontaktiert und keine Antwort erhalten, sehr unseriös von booking.com!

L'hôtel est bien situé en centre ville , facile d'accès.

Cons:

L'accueil il a fallu relancer pour obtenir notre chambre. Soit disant qu'il y avait des odeurs , l'agent qui avait géré notre entrée est parti et plus personne ne s'occupait de nous.A un moment donné j'ai dû hausser le ton.
En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner très succin, pas de jus d'orange à payer pas compris.Nous sommes partis en excursion pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner le mercredi 13 à Québec trop tôt pour le service.J'ai demandé un remboursement, on m'a répondu qu'il fallait voir avec booking.com.Donc je vous tiens au courant.Si je peux être remboursée, je vous en serai reconnaissante donc pour 3 personnes.

With some effort could be a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The location is excellent. The bed was super comfortable. The elevators were fast. The warm croissants were very tasty. Elias was great and accommodating.

Cons:

They forgot to clean our room and leave extra towels even when we requested at the desk. Then when I told them the gentleman got all defensive with his, "it wasn't me!" It was extremely unprofessional. The hotel could easily improve to a 4 star with cosmetic improvements and updates. The construction workers using the same elevator as guests was ridiculous. The dirt and dust should have been constantly cleaned but was not. No oat milk only almond which I can not drink. The lobby could use some warmth.

Cons:

Chambre très petite. Le service de valet pour la voiture est tellement lent. Un employé de moins pour le service pour tous les clients qui quittent en même temps, aucun plan B, ce qui a fait en sorte que nous avons attendu 2 hrs pour avoir notre voiture. Inacceptable, surtout lorsque tu te fais dire qu’il y a un attente de 25 minutes et 5 voitures avant la tienne. Au bout d’une heure. Je retourne voir la réception pour me faire dire qu’il y a toujours 4 voitures avant moi. Nous avons payé 35 plus taxes pour ce service.

Cons:

This was a very disappointing hotel experience. I had planned to leave early in the morning for New York, but at 6 AM on Sunday there was a commercial shoot right outside my room. We couldn’t sleep at all. When we reported this to the staff, they didn’t even apologize, let alone try to resolve the issue.

Additionally, before arriving, I called the hotel and was told there was parking available for $35 + tax with free in-and-out access. However, when we arrived, they said it was valet only and that in-and-out privileges were not allowed.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience in every aspect.
