Völlig überteuert.
Pros:

War gut im Dorf eingebettet.

Cons:

Das Preisleistungsverhöltnis. Im Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war der Preis auf booking.com die Hälfte von unserem bezahlten Preis(2Monate im Voraus).
Wir bezahlten ca. 700 Dollar/Nacht für ein einfacheres Zimmer, direkt an der vielbefahrenen Strasse. Die Fotos suggerierten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick!
Dazu kam noch eine Fee von 100 Dollar für 3 Nächte.

Shure to request a room in the back of the INN.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and once we changed rooms, the air conditioning was good and everything else was lovely

Cons:

When we arrived late in the day, we were giving a room that was really three small rooms chopped up. The sink was not in the bathroom. The shower leaked water as the shower curtain was not long enough for the shower area. We did not sleep well because of the noise of the street and the light coming in from the shops there were no blackout curtains. However, once we requested a room change the next morning everything was much much better.

Charming luxury in the most lovely small town on Maui.
Pros:

This boutique hotel was fantastic the moment we walked in the door. The reception staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The design was chic and beautiful. The whole site is absolutely charming and lovely.

Cons:

Nothing- everything was excellent.

This is the perfect place to stay, with staff who care, and unique accommodations.
Pros:

Sarah and Cheyanne were incredible hosts at the front desks. Our accommodations were above expectations. The location was perfect too!

Pratical to stay in Paia
Pros:

The hotel is located in an amazing location, you have direct access to the beach and outside living areas as well as a beach club. But... it's not maintained... There is plenty of parking.

Cons:

The price charged for the rooms is very expensive compared to the size of the room and the facilities. You can clearly see that the hotel has potential due to the location and the outside facilities, but it is not well maintained. The restaurant is non existant. And if you have luggages, be prepared to carry them upstairs...

In die Jahre gekommenes aber charmantes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, zur Durchreise ok
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum des netten Örtchens Paia, eigentlich charmante Hotenanlage (Airbnb flair) mit Potenzial, freundliche Hotelleitung und Mitarbeiter mit denen man alles klären und besprechen kann, falls etwas nicht passt, guter zimmerservice

Cons:

Anlage etwas heruntergkommen und veraltet, tropenbedingt viele Insekten (Kakeraken, Motten,…), auch Zimmer veraltet, geschlossener Restaurant/ Frühstücksbereich, wirkt daher alles etwas ausgestorben, Bereich am Meer eigentlich sehr schön aber ungepflegt und heruntergekommen, sodass die Nutzung keinen Spass bereitet
