Pros:

It is a 100 year structure made into a hotel so is funky, fun and adorable. If one needs every modern amenity, this will probably not work.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Paia Inn was wonderful! We loved our stay here. It was a last minute stay added to the end of our trip and we couldn’t be happier with it. Now we plan to go back here intentionally, we loved it so much!

Great location, needs new bedding, maintenance and a kinder manager.
Pros:

Great location, some staff were very kind.
Super neat to have direct access to the beach (even though steps have been completely washed out by the so you need to be fit to climb down to the beach)
Some nice common parts and lovely view from the top of the hotel towards the volcanoes.
Clean rooms.

Cons:

Mattress was very saggy and sloped heavily towards the edges. Outdoor area worn out (where there used to be a lovely cafe before).
Manager not particularly helpful. Said we were upgraded when we got there and gave us the 2 smallest room giving onto the loud street even though the hotel was at least 50pct empty.
At checkout, she didn’t want to keep our luggage in store for 3 nights and we had to insist for her to keep them. (Hotel mostly empty once again so plenty of room to keep things)

Pros:

War gut im Dorf eingebettet.

Cons:

Das Preisleistungsverhöltnis. Im Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war der Preis auf booking.com die Hälfte von unserem bezahlten Preis(2Monate im Voraus).
Wir bezahlten ca. 700 Dollar/Nacht für ein einfacheres Zimmer, direkt an der vielbefahrenen Strasse. Die Fotos suggerierten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick!
Dazu kam noch eine Fee von 100 Dollar für 3 Nächte.

Shure to request a room in the back of the INN.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and once we changed rooms, the air conditioning was good and everything else was lovely

Cons:

When we arrived late in the day, we were giving a room that was really three small rooms chopped up. The sink was not in the bathroom. The shower leaked water as the shower curtain was not long enough for the shower area. We did not sleep well because of the noise of the street and the light coming in from the shops there were no blackout curtains. However, once we requested a room change the next morning everything was much much better.

Charming luxury in the most lovely small town on Maui.
Pros:

This boutique hotel was fantastic the moment we walked in the door. The reception staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The design was chic and beautiful. The whole site is absolutely charming and lovely.

Cons:

Nothing- everything was excellent.

This is the perfect place to stay, with staff who care, and unique accommodations.
Pros:

Sarah and Cheyanne were incredible hosts at the front desks. Our accommodations were above expectations. The location was perfect too!

Cons:

I liked everything!
