Ok for a nite sleep
Pros:

The room was large and good.
Location on riverside is great.

Cons:

The casino complex didn't offer a lot in terms of restaurants and shops.
The hotel reception was so so.

Was alright hotel room, nice to walk to concert
Pros:

Clean. Quiet. Bar was nice employees friendly.

Cons:

That casears comped front row concert ticket to older people guessing in diamond club who did not know music ruined the vibe. Somone was paying their electric bill on their phone....Probably will not return to venue for concerts it was rude and disrespectful to artist. Also USB was broken in room could not charge phone.

Great Stay at a Great Hotel
Pros:

Nice clean rooms with a nice Casino.

Cons:

The parking garage was a little hectic but I believe it’s under construction because it is usually fine.

Fantastic comfort, exceptional entertainment.
Pros:

The view was fantastic. I was able to look across the river and enjoy an international cityscape panoramic eye full. The entertainment was world class. DEVO just an elevator ride away. This trip was the peak of de-evolution.

Cons:

I wish the six restaurants had more vegan options.

If you’re gambling, it’s fine. Otherwise if you want a nice place to stay go somewhere else.
Pros:

Comfortable and fairly clean.

Cons:

Practically no amenities. In room coffee was one of those awful teabag style machines. No room service or access to food without going into the casino. Very inconvenient to access the hotel without going through the casino.

Go for a specific purpose only
Pros:

Room was large with a good view

Cons:

Miles from car park. They charge 25 a day just to get your luggage to the bottom of the tower because you have to valet park. Valet used to mean luggage taken to your room now they watch an old woman struggle to lift a case out of the trunk. They also charge 25 a day resort fee. For what god knows because you get zero for it. You cant us the pool as it would be a long way to and from. Its a very long way to the cafe and that shuts by 6. Meals are 64 in some restaurants. There is nothing to do if you dont gamble. Nowhere to walk to. Its a rough area. I went to see a show and should have only stayed that night. A very boring place and would never return
