Pleasant stay. Would stay again
Pros:

Good location only a short walk into the town centre and the beach. Parking was great we could leave the car there if we arrived early.

Cons:

Check in was at 3pm but reception wasn’t open. In room 4, TV lost connection a lot. The mattress was dipped on one side so a bit difficult to sleep on.

Cons:

Didn’t see any staff but they did reply to my messages with answer I needed. Needs a small fridge and biscuits with the tea tray lol

Quiet, comfortable room with tea making facilities. Easy walk to B.I.C.
Pros:

Pleasant, clean, spacious interior and pretty garden and welcoming entrance with useful information regarding local area and taxi firms, etc. Staff helpful - though mostly spoke to them on phone as only met one briefly as I was out both days at a conference and they were not there in evenings or overnight.

Cons:

No staff present early evening just available on phone. Lack of any breakfast facilities.

Poor mattress quality needs replacing. Linen irritating - issue with washing liquid or other
Curtains do not close completely

Cons:

Not much, room was very small the curtain just about fit the Window so let and a lot of light. Was not the cleanest of rooms. I have pictures that can justify this comment. Cobwebs, Shower had green mould. A strong musty smell as you walked in the hotel.
Air-con unit was in the room but hadn’t been cleaned for years by the looks of it had to turn it off because did not know what sort of germs we would be breathing in with Aircon unit on.

No.5 a home from home....
Pros:

Absolutely love this place, brilliant location at the top end of the town, near the triangle and a short walk to the seafront, the owners are brilliant hosts,and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome, the rooms are generous and well appointed, and many are air-conditioned too!
