Pros:

We had requested for a quiet room and we were given the farthest room of the hotel that turned out to be very quiet. Breakfast was very good, omelets were very delicious.

Cons:

Beds were bit run down and pillows were huge. There was no hot water on the second day before the check out. The boiler had stopped working. Therefore, we could not shower. The hotel manager voluntarily gave us a discount of $75 for our inconvenience.

Überteuerte Übernachtung mit schlechtem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig, die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Für ein mit vier Sternen bewertetes Hotel mit einem entsprechenden Preis (ca 200€ für ein Doppelzimmer) war das Frühstück unterirdisch.
Der Frühstücksraum hat Jugendherbergscharakter,der Kaffee wird aus Pappbechern getrunken, die Gäste räumen ihr Geschirr selbst ab und trennen ihren Müll. Ansonsten ein einfaches Büffet, kein bacon,nur eine Sorte Käse.

Worst Western minus würde besser passen
Pros:

Leider gibt es nicht so viel Positives zu berichten. Zu allererst war es sauber. Nicht klinisch rein aber grundsätzlich sauber.
Außerdem war es, zumindest Nachts, ruhig. Des Weiteren ist der Frühstücksbereich groß genug, was in Nordamerika und dieser Hotelkategorie selten ist.

Cons:

Das Schlimmste war, dass ich meinen Netflix Account mit dem TV auf dem Zimmer angemeldet habe. Am darauf folgenden Abend war plötzlich ein Profil mit willkürlicher Buchstabenkombination in meinem Account. Ich habe den Account selbstverständlich sofort abgemeldet. Zudem das nicht stören Schild raus gehangen. Keine Ahnung was die Mitarbeiter sonst noch tun, wenn man nicht im Zimmer ist. Somit gab es dann auch drei weitere Nächte keinen roomservice mehr. Letzteres war natürlich unsere Entscheidung.

Die Mitarbeiter sind zum Großteil einfach desinteressiert oder ignorant. Es wird nicht gegrüßt oder wenigstens zugenickt. Es fing beim Check-in an. Zimmer Nr., Frühstück von 7 bis 10. Ende. Check out wurde mehr oder weniger sehr genervt zur Notiz genommen. Eine Verabschiedung gab es nicht.
(Wir haben uns weder beschwert, noch sonst einen Grund gegeben uns unhöflich zu behandeln.)

Das Frühstück ist selbst für Nordamerikanische Verhältnisse wirklich mies. Rührei, Bacon oder gebackene Bohnen wurden immer nur spärlich nachgelegt. Wenn man erst um 9 Uhr kam, war evtl. nichts mehr da. Backwaren waren auch nur rudimentär vorhanden. Allgemein war die Qualität der Speisen schlecht. Ein riesen Raum voll sehr wenig Angebot.

Ansonsten sind die Fotos sehr gut gemacht. Sie stellen die Zimmer deutlich moderner dar, als sie sind. Es wirkt alles sehr als wäre es 40 Jahre alt. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel.

Preis Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht.

Wir bereisen Nordamerika seit 2014 jährlich (Corona mal außen vor). Wir übernachten meist in dieser Kategorie von Hotel, welche wir "Kennste eins, kennste Alle" getauft haben. Egal welche Kette, sie sind alle irgendwie gleich. Aber das hier ist definitiv eines der absolut schlechtesten in denen wir jemals waren.

Buon hotel ma colazione non all'altezza
Pros:

Hotel comodo, a soli 10 minuti di auto da Halifax. Camera e bagno spaziosi, personale gentile.
Piscina con diversi giochi per i bambini

Cons:

La colazione non era per niente a livello di un BW. Fare gli omelette con i peperoni senza alcuna alternativa (uova strapazzate, uova sode o omelette lisci) è un errore. La stanza per la colazione era troppo piccola e quindi troppo affollata con difficoltà per trovare posto a sedere
