Excellent malgré les petits détails en moins par apport aux autres années.
Pros:

Les lits sont confortables, l’hôtel est très propre et l’odeur est magnifique. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Cons:

Avant le mini bar était inclus, aujourd’hui il est sur demande. Avant il y avait également du vin blanc mousseux ainsi que du vrai miel local au petit déjeuner cependant plus disponible aujourd’hui.

Good location with the beach cove and close to palma

Cons:

Reception area was poor giving a dismal impression of the hotel. No slippers, no robe, no mini, bar, no room service, had to pay on arrival, music round the pool was too loud, markets as a boutique hotel and it really isn’t.

Pros:

Lokationen er uden tvivl et stort plus. Hotellet ligger virkelig flot i en hyggelig lagune, og Palma centrum er meget tæt på. Bybus nr. 4 stopper lige ved hotellet og tager dig direkte ind til centrum på cirka 10–15 minutter, hvilket fungerede super godt under hele opholdet. Området omkring hotellet er roligt og hyggeligt, og det er nemt at komme rundt uden bil.

Cons:

Det, der desværre trak oplevelsen markant ned for os, var markedsføringen som “voksenhotel”. Vores oplevelse var ikke, at hotellet reelt føltes børnefrit. Hotellet har en restaurant placeret direkte ved poolområdet, som også benyttes af familier med børn. Det betød, at der flere gange var både små børn og grædende babyer helt tæt på poolområdet og solsengene.
Når man aktivt vælger og betaler ekstra for et voksenhotel, forventer man naturligvis et roligt miljø uden børn omkring pool- og afslapningsområderne. Derfor føles konceptet misvisende. Enten er man et reelt voksenhotel – eller også er man ikke.
Derudover begyndte rengøringen meget tidligt om morgenen, allerede omkring kl. 06, og støjniveauet herfra var så højt, at vi flere morgener blev vækket.
Hvis man specifikt søger et roligt og ægte voksenhotel, ville jeg personligt vælge et andet hotel næste gang.

Cuidado!!! Scam!!
Pros:

Ao chegar ao Hotel pelas 01h00am e depois de troca de emails,que levava a crer que estava tudo conforme, disseram me que nao tinham minha reserva.
Enviaram me para um Hotel ao lado ( que por coincidência era uma das opções mas ja com reserva cancelada por mim atempadamente)
Fiquei em Hotel que nao optei, a booking e o Hotel nada fizeram. Literalmente nada!!!!

No dia seguinte ainda me perguntem se quero ir para o Hotel reservado!!???

Acham um comportamento normal, simplesmente ignorar cancelamentos, enviar clientes para hotéis que nao foi a opção. Tudo muito normal!!!


Um Hotel que vendes 3 ou 4 hotéis com as mesmas fotos e depois brinca com os clientes é lindo!!!

Tirando tudo isso ainda me cobram uma taxa para quarto Superior e uma taxa para Late Check Out.

Idyllic place to chill unwind and relax
Pros:

The location is amazing right on beach and close to shops and restaurants
The terrace for sunbathing incredible. Views from restaurants (breakfast and dinner) breathtaking. Haven in a busy area.

Cons:

Although some rooms face the back, which has amenities such as bin collection, late cocktail bar and path to the beach, all which mean it’s noisy at night, once you close your French door it blocks out most of the noise.

A fuir absolument !

Cons:

1/ absence de poubelle dans les wc
2/ absence de poubelle dans la salle de bains et de boîte de kleenex
3/ serviettes de bains très fines
4/ brosse à WC remplie de tarte à l’intérieur et l’extérieur
5/ manque d’insonorité
6/ absence de miroir grossissant dans la salle de bains
7/ thermostat frigo baissé au minimum donc notre bouteille d’eau de la journée non réfrigérée le soir
8/ baie vitrée vue sur mer moisie au sol et totalement recouverte de condensation et de tartre
9/ absence de bouilloire
10/ le mitigeur de la douche est à l’opposé de la colonne
11/ absence d’un deuxième fauteuil en face du premier
12/ petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très succinct

It was amazing, nice and quiet 🤫 👌 The water was stunning and very clean. The beaches were beautiful. Dinner was fabulous and the Staff was amazing 👏 The breakfast buffet was all you wanted and more❣️Thank you for a great stay 😀
