Comfortable stay!
Pros:

courteous staffs, great amenities, comfortable bedding, meticulously cleaned room.

Cons:

AC is insufficient for summer, lobby is extremely hot for so-called "5 stars", public area restrooms are horribly dirty.

Overall is a clean and good hotel to stay BUT if you are looking for good service or welcome by the staff then hmmmm….
Pros:

The room is clean and size just nice for 2 pax, no noise from next door or road. Breakfast range was not bad at all.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t happy to work at there maybe… because they always sounded rude and moody face except the house cleaning lady was more polite with smily face than the concierge staff.

Good stay if you like a hard bed, and want to be in a central, safe location but don’t mind an older style hotel.
Pros:

The location was good, they offered a free shuttle and a wonderful massage provided by the Spa. That was the highlight of our stay. Cleaning staff were friendly but Reception were a bit clueless.

Cons:

It definitely did not match the 8.6 “fabulous” rating given by Booking.com. It was older than it looked in the photos, fairly clean but there was mould in the shower, hard uncomfortable beds, no mini bar (only water), they would not allow us to have drinks in the restaurant, but instead told us to go to the convenience store around the corner. Room service closed 1/2hr prior to the advertised time of 9pm?
The included buffet breakfast looked like a feast but in actuality all the food was cold which was really disappointing.
