Very disappointed in this establishment for what I paid.
Cons:

I stayed at this property from September 9 - 11. The room had no hot water, either at the bathroom sink or the shower. Had to take a cold shower. I complained to the staff about this. Took them until the afternoon to respond. They moved me to another room above the original. They didn't check if it had hot water. I checked after moving everything and discovered it also did not have any hot water. They had to move me to a third room. For the cost of this room, very unsatisfied with what occurred.

All staff members worked hard and were very pleasant making the stay enjoyable for the night. Great food at the bar!

Close to the airport. Very friendly staff. Van drivers were helpful and efficient! Great front desk staff and bartender.

Cons:

AC not working in the lobby. The staff did use portable blowers around the room that were loud. Also renovations going on blocking the elevators with old furniture. The water was off for several hours due to maintenance. Used the gym and pool. Gym was hot and the pool had chairs that blew in and small pieces of garbage in it. Front desk said no one was available to clean it so my husband and I manually cleaned it. did.
