Location and cleanliness
It was stuffy not enough air and it was very hot
Great location, a stones throw from all amenities.
First of all, I wasn’t aware there would be so many flights of stairs, my mobility is not the best so I struggled. The property is not suitable if you have mobility issues unless you’re on the first floor.
The room was very very basic, we only stayed for one night, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there for any longer.
The mattress on bed was ok but the linen looked tatty with stains and small holes. It was an iron bedstead which was very noisy if you turned over in the night. It kept waking us up.
It was cleanish but corners of room, skirting boards etc were very dusty, it did need a more of a thorough clean.
Breakfast across the road at the Britannia pub was pretty decent.
Gute Lage, hell, mit Blick auf den Hafen
Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können, leider gab es in der Nacht eine Party draußen, die sehr laut war
Located near harbour and entertainment area
Room a little small
Very nice staff, very accomodating. Clean rooms and the breakfast was very hot and plenty of it. 2nd time there, we will be back.
Great place so easy for the town as it is at the heart of town
Nothing
Extremely uncomfortable stay
Lovely clean compact room
Excellent
Very clean & comfortable
Nothing
Nice clean modern room. slightly overlooked, but comfortable and very conveniently located for the Quay and the bus.
Great value for money en suite accommodation just a short walk from the the Lundy ferry terminal and the harbour. Basic but very clean and close to eateries . Our room overlooked the road so was very noisy in the evening but other than that it was fine. No lift and lots of steps so possibly not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Cheaper than the local hostel too!

Location
Sea gulls, but as it’s on the sea front you have to accept this
Room was spotless as was the bathroom.
I had to wear earplugs because there was a Shanty Festival at the pub opposite and the gulls were noisy. But that's to be expected. The location was perfect for my needs. Ferry to Lundy.
Loved the location, absolute town centre. Rooms were clean, facilities were good. Good value for money
Lack of parking but could use the town car park close by. Room was small and there was little ventilation in the rooms which were very hot. Noisy late at night but a trade off for the location.
Location excellent, check in ok. Room clean looked newly decorated plenty of towels, tea, coffee and milk.
For a standard room smaller then anticipated but just functional for two nights, wouldn't want to stay for any more.
The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious.
The Harbour Lights Hotel is not really a hotel; it is a part of the Royal Britannia Hotel over the road where one has to go to register, have breakfast, find a lounge, see the harbour etc. The Harbour Lights is just a collection of rooms, very nicely decorated but without the other facilities you expect from a hotel. There is no parking either.
