Outstanding Hotel
Pros:

Amazing host, amazing breakfast, great variety of coffees and teas, lovely location

Worth every penny !!
Pros:

The hosts at this hotel are exceptional. A straight talking Lady owner that has the outstanding ability to welcome guests with ease. You know immediately you've chosen the right establishment to stay in.

Cons:

I really cant find any faults, good value, great location, fantastic hosts, full English breakfast & a car park directly opposite the premises.

Pros:

Just liked the owner very nice lady she was she even gave my grandson a goodie ag to take home

Cons:

It said free parking on booking.com but it was not they was a car park over the road witch cost us £20 for 2 days and the bed was not comfortable as am use to a memory foam mattress the spring mattress was so uncomfortable

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The host Bridget is nice and the breakfast is nice. The shower works OK. Good location close to the Winter Gardens and other central Blackpool venues.

Cons:

The TV in the bedroom is quite small. There are a lot of stairs and no lift for the highest rooms, though I think people can request a lower room.

Good except for parking
Pros:

The hotel was fine with a great location and friendly staff/owner

Cons:

Big disappointment, we chose the hotel because it had private parking, but when we got there we were told it was full. It should have said on the website, that there may or may not be available.
