Vielseitige Ausstattung, großartige Lage, nicht mehr ganz frisch
Pros:

Zwischen der Millenium Bridge und St Pauls liegt das Hotel für geschäftliche wie touristische Zwecke ausgezeichnet (und dabei für Londoner Verhältnisse ruhig). Das Bad war mit Wanne und hervorragendem Mehrfach-Duschpanel ausgestattet, das Zimmer mit Hosenbügler u.v.m. Früher check-in war möglich. Das Schwimmbad habe ich nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer verdient allmählich eine Renovierung, der Teppich und andere Details zeigen Zeichen der Abnutzung. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Wegen Renovierungsarbeiten standen manche Aufzüge nicht zur Verfügung. Die Rechnung, die ich bekam, war auf ein fremdes Unternehmen ausgestellt.

The only thing was the rooftop bar terrible service we had to leave we waited 20 mins didn’t even get asked what we wanted to drink

My stay was disappointing due to bed bugs in the room, which made it uncomfortable and unacceptable.
Pros:

Location was great and convenient to cafes, restaurants, bus stop, near the millennial bridge. Staff were prompt whenever needed.

Cons:

We found bed bugs on our bed! Left with multiple bite marks by the end of our stay.

At the end of a nearly 3 month journey around Scotland and England it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy London.
