Amazing Location, easy check in process. Lovely spacious rooms. Great amenities. Spa is a bonus and was lovely prior to checkout

Horaire de la piscine n'est pas accetable
Pros:

La situation geographique est tres bonne: pres des stations de metros, des trains et au centre ville.

Cons:

L'horaire pour la piscine n'etait pas accetable pour nous car les enfants ne peuvent pas y acceder entre 16h30 et 20h. On n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine avec notre fille.

Overpriced dated Hotel
Pros:

we have stayed here on several occasions because of its location close to St Pauls, the Thames, the Millennium bridge and its proximity to Liverpool main line station

Cons:

The suite was dated with old furniture and stained carpet . We were unable to gain access to the executive lounge - a perk with the suite despite having our key reprogrammed . A lunch booking made weeks in advance couldn't be found though they did find us a table as the restaurant was almost empty. We had to check out early due to un- foreseen circumstances and this was managed very badly indeed
