Underwhelming and over-priced - don’t bother!
Pros:

Location and availability of leisure facilities

Cons:

Awful cheap and over-powering ‘air freshener’ smell as you enter the hotel - so strong, it gave me a headache and put me off eating!
Didn’t understand the point of online check-in, when you still have to queue to do it again on arrival.
Bar staff were extremely unhelpful.
Bar snacks - and food generally - was over-priced and underwhelming.
Lifts were broken on all except one occasion that we tried to use them - but this was not being managed and people were left to go up and down to the wrong floors; when reported, there was a lack of care or responsiveness from reception staff (didn’t even look away from her computer screen to speak to us)!
Leisure facilities were crowded and numbers entering unlimited, which made it unenjoyable and felt cheap.
All in all, poor value for money: “All fur coat and no knickers”, as my nana would say!
