An absolutely superb 10/10 experience! We spent 3 fantastic nights here. The hotel impresses right from the start with its cleanliness, elegance, and extremely relaxing atmosphere. The spa area and the indoor pool are simply wonderful, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The rooms are spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the staff was impeccably polite, always attentive to our needs. The location in Ponta Delgada is excellent. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return!

​Everything was superlative, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. A perfect stay!
