Une seule nuit passée mais une très bonne expérience
Pros:

Chambre avec 3 lits très spacieuse, calme et confortable.
Petit déjeuner très varié et de bonne qualité

Una estancia agradable pero su elevado coste
Pros:

Las instalaciones exteriores estan muy bien. Tiene piscina exterior y interior (para la interior necesitas gorro) La habitacion tiene todas las comodidades y la cama es muy comofortable. El balcon tiene unas vistas agradables. Tenia parking gratis con la habitacion que contratamos.

Cons:

El servicio del restaurante no era el adecuado, para la celiaquia poca atención y zona delimitada. El precio es bastante elevado, para estar tan cerca del ruido del Aeropuerto. El personal poco agradable y no hablan ingles.

This place tries hard but really is below Average.

The art work and furnishings on the different levels, makes the property distinctive.

Cons:

Did not get room I want when I booked with King bed. Restaurant food was ok, but some soup of the day and Limpets appetizer, and my wife’s main course (Cod Fish) all came out cold and needed to be set back and reheated. The dessert we ordered, we were later advised they didn’t have ingredients to make it. Not a good dining experience. Also early breakfast at 5:30 didn’t have any eggs to eat as part of the free breakfast,

Pros:

El hotel y la atmósfera. El desayuno fantástico y los camareros muy atentos y agradables.las habitaciones las limpiaban muy bien, y dejaban los cuartos muy ordenados

Cons:

El personal de recepción. Muy antipático y seco. De toda nuestra estancia en azores, los mas antipaticos con diferencia.

Very delightful stay
Pros:

Property is well located and is about a 10 minute walk from the center. Streets are safe and quaint. Everything is close by. Car rental and many food options are a few minutes away. The property grounds are great, from the Japanese garden to the pool and the green and lush space surrounding it. It can be very peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and generous, especially when ordered as continental breakfast to the room. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The gym was underwhelming. A property of this size needs a better equipped gym.
Also the elevators are a bit slow.
