Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and lack of customer support.

The apartment was overpriced and not clean. Housekeeping was only once a week, and I found insects on the bed. There was no reception desk for urgent issues—only email support. I also requested fresh bed linen but was told it could only be changed on Monday. Overall, the service did not match the price.

Très bien situé près de tout!
Pros:

Disponibilité du personnel au besoin. Nous avions qu’à téléphoner et quelqu’un arrivait pour nous aider au besoin. La localisation était plus que parfaite!

Really well located spacious apartment.
Pros:

Excellent location and a spacious apartment int he centre of Brussles. Found the key pickup quite easy and there was a secure room to leave my luggage.

Cons:

The bathroom and kitchenette areas need an update. The shower leaked everywhere and it was a nuisance everytime I showered.

Bizim için harikaydı.
Pros:

Konumu harikaydı. Restaurantlara, barlara, meydana her yere yürüme mesafesi. Merkezde kalmayı düşünen biri için hiç başka bir seçenek aramaya gerek yok. Ayrıca çocuklu bir aileydik hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Cons:

Evet camlardan biraz ses geliyordu ama bizim için sorun olmadı.

Would not recommend this apartment as not clean staff friendly when on duty

Stayed before location was excellent

Cons:

I had paid for a one bed apartment did not get this but a studio. Outside had a seating area but dead mouse on seat and area not clean. Reported twice before removed.

Very uncomfortable stay. Was happy to leave.
Pros:

Only the location and the security provided to access the rooms

Cons:

Facilities sucks, room amenities did not work. Complained several times to staff. I don't think they understood how uncomfortable it was for us even though they kept saying we understand.

NO COMPENSATION or DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED NON AT ALL.

Frühstück gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten im Umkreis von 4 Minuten
Zimmerausstattung gut, hell wg großer Fenster
Besonders toll im Sommer bei über 30 Grad: Wasserspender für gekühltes Wasser mit/ohne Kohlensäure im Eingangsbereich

aber: bei Doppelzimmer sollte es zwei Zimmerkarten geben !!!!!!

Ubicación muy centrica en calle tranquila.
Pros:

La ubicación excepcional, muy céntrico cerca de la Gare Central, Grande Place, Manneken pis...Al estar cerca de la Gare Central facilita mucho desplazamientos.
Tienen servicio de agua para rellenar botellas que lo apreciamos bastante.

Como observación e información para futuros ocupantes: Apartamento con terraza compartida, la habitación es amplia con muretes que acotan la cama principal sin llegar a ser habitación separada. (A nosotros al viajar en familia no nos resultó una molestia)

El servicio de guarda equipaje muy práctico.

Cons:

El sofá cama bastante incómodo, se clava el somier e impide descansar.

Pros:

L'appartement est bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville et des commerces, ce qui est très pratique. Il est spacieux..

Nous n'avons eu aucun contact en personne avec l'hôte, uniquement par téléphone, mais les échanges ont été efficaces. Le problème de connexion Wi-Fi a été rapidement résolu.

Cons:

La propreté est à revoir : il y avait de la poussière et des saletés sous le lit ainsi que sous le canapé-lit...le canapé lit taché..Tous les meubles sont vétustes et mériteraient d'être remplacés. La veranda commune n'apporte aucune plus value. Nous avons également constaté une fuite au niveau du tuyau de la douche.

Le prix de la location nous paraît trop élevé et ne correspond pas à la qualité des prestations proposées et ne correspond pas exactement à ce qui est propose sur booking

Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Stort, rummeligt værelse med opholdsareal og aircondition. Centrum lige udenfor døren og mulighed for parkering. Ro om aftenen. Personalet var hjælpsomme og venlige da jeg skrev til dem på vejen derned.

Cons:

Meget svært at komme frem i bil. Noget af vejen var spærret og der er mange ensrettede gader. Vi måtte køre gennem en parkeringskælder og mod ensretning for at komme frem.
Ingen reception og særdeles mangelfuld rengøring. Store huller i de udleverede håndklæder, masser af støv under bl.a. sengen ( hvor der også lå en kondompakke) og pletter af et eller andet på natbord
