The suite was amazing
There is no sauna, disappointing especially in this day and age.
Should be free at the pool area

The location is great for easy access and distance to the beach, the mall, tram, restaurantes. The complex itself is also very cool with the cassino and many options for different restaurants there.
We were there at our anniversary and they gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate.
The hotel itself, it’s nice. Nothing super special, the beds were very soft and pillows super high. We have stayed at The Star in Brisbane as well and the hotel facilities were much better there, including the size of the rooms.

Small mini fridge, and at times the power switched off in the room.
Went out twice
We had such a great stay at The Star Gold Coast and really enjoyed our weekend away. The room was comfortable, the bed was amazing and we slept really well. Overall the room was clean and everything we needed was there, although a little more attention to dusting would make it even better. The location was great and the whole stay felt relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.
The only small thing we noticed was that the room could have used a little more attention to dusting in some areas. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any major complaints.

The hotel insisted that only the child did not have breakfast included.
How is this possible? Booking.com to the rescue and they called the hotel and resolved the issue.
I will never come here again. Not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel.
