My two sons enjoyed the pool was very good spot close to many restaurants

The lady at the front of house wasn’t very informative or nice
Failed to tell us where pools were and that one of them was closed
When our room was clean, none of the benches were wiped
Concierge was very helpful when asking for information and different pillows

Pros:

Great complex at reasonable prices. Central to other tourist destinations. Great selection of dining at good prices.

Cons:

Even though staff fixed the issue parking our hire vehicle was a bit of hit and miss requiring several visits to the front desk to fix. Not a major issue just frustrating when the front desk was busy.

A great place to stay
Pros:

The Concierge staff were very helpful. As was the check in service. We had to wait till 4 for our room to be cleaned but she dealt with this very well.

Cons:

We thought we had till 12 to depart. We got a message saying 11....so we rushed out to check out. Thrn found it was a generic message and we had until 12

Cons:

Paid extra for a balcony.
My father turned 84 and I made this booking as a gift.
I was told that the view would be of the pool or city (not over buildings)
I specifically asked for a serenity view to match the one night away in luxury.
The photo on their balcony was very disappointing, all dressed up with a horrible background.
