Pros:

Nice room comfortable bed 🛌

Cons:

Check in was awkward. I dont have or use a credit card and the hassle explaining this was painful. Why do you need a 200 euro deposit???

Water in the pool looks dirty. Everything looks old and broken or almost briken in the leisure center. Bathroom in the room looks terrible. 150 euros for a night doesn't worth it for sure. 4 starts hotel - might be a joke. No fridge in the room and bad air-conditioning.... an old, uncomfortable piece-of-junk toilet. Shower curtain was probably be found on the street.... I dont recommend to stay in that hotel. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 11:00 am that it is all but thinking about clients comfort.

Pleasant spot for an overnight. Handy to access Galway.
Pros:

Good parking. Well presented hotel. Pleasant bar/restaurant area. Clean and spacious room. Comfy bed. Pleasant staff.

Pros:

Great location and very clean comfy rooms

Cons:

Disabled ramp up to hotel could be improved with a handrail for those who are walking but cannot do steps.
Also a mini fridge in rooms is badly needed

We had an excellent two days at this Hotel. All the staff were both friendly and professional.

Établissement bien placé pour aller à Galway
Chambre bien, spacieuse, confortable

L’insonorisation de la chambre, on entends ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir
Qu’il n’y ai pas de boîte à clé pour le Check-off pour partir de l’hôtel avant l’arrivée à 7h des secrétaires.

A fraude concretizada com base na falta de segurança da booking mancha definitavamente esta estadia.
Pros:

Possibilidade de fazer chá no quarto.

Cons:

O processo de reserva da booking, que não tem segurança da informação e cujo procedimento de dados de pagamento foi emulado e usado para cobrança fraudulenta do valor da reserva.
O quarto era quente e justificava um AC.

Old hotel with old fashioned attitude with modern price.
Pros:

Spacious parking, nice bar inside, firm mattress and four firm pillows, water bottles - we liked. We only stayed one night, so tolerable.

Cons:

Very hot, no AC, the ceiling fan is so so loud. The sink tap was making the noise of a railway station when went on, scary. All in one washing liquid is not a good idea for a hotel, as for me. Face towels were stinky and wet with hair on it. There is no ventilation in a bathroom, so it was more like a steam room. No extra anything.
Couldnt get in a pool, as it closes at 8pm.
Old hotel with old fashioned style with modern price. Not worth it. Any b&b will be way better and higher quality.
