Prachtig gebouw aan de buitenkant…. Teleurstellend van binnen. Behalve het ontbijt en het personeel
Pros:

Het ontbijt en het personeel bij het ontbijt.

Cons:

Bed was oncomfortabel, deur klemde (met schouder open beuken), veel licht in kamer door dakramen die niet goed licht dicht te krijgen zijn. Douche was koud (boiler)

Pros:

Hotel, bardzo ładny. Czysty i zadbany. Obsługa bardzo dobra, przyjazna, pomocna i kompetentna. Śniadania bardzo dobre.

Cons:

Uwaga dla managera: nigdy, w żadnym hotelu na poziomie, nie rozpyla się "zapachów" w pokoju. Po pierwsze to bardzo szkodliwa chemia, przyczyna alergii. Poza tym każdy ma swoje preferencje zapachowe, dla mnie to było nie do zniesienia, wietrzyłem pokój i poprosiłem w recepcji o nie rozpylanie tego w kolejnym dniu co całe szczęście zostało uszanowane.

Wszystko w porządku.
Cons:

Strefa fitness jedynie mogłaby być lepiej zorganizowana. Bieżnie są w pomieszczeniu przeszklonym, nieklimatyzowanym, gdzie było jak w saunie, natomiast pozostałe sprzęty niskiej jakości przy basenie. Pierwszy raz widziałam coś takiego, jak na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel to oczekiwałam siłowni przynajmniej na minimalnym poziomie, a tutaj wielkie rozczarowanie. Plus odpadające małe kafelki, lepiej nie chodzić na boso.

A wonderful and relaxing stay.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and it is always a comfortable experience. The room is spacious, and the bed and couch are perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is also large and very soothing.

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

Rooms are super spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette which makes life so much easier when you are traveling with a pike eater who eats only, home made omelet for a breakfast;) Pool, gym and all facilities are amazing. Super friendly, understanding and helpful stuff. This hotel is just very special, made from the old cavalry and turned into "little town" with plenty great restaurants around. Whenever I ask my son, where he would like to go for holiday, he would always choose Poznan and ask to stay in the City Park Hotel.

Cons:

There is only one thing I can suggest to be charged in the future, in the toilet, toilet paper holder is instaled just above toilet brush which feels very odd to me as noone wants a toilet paper, which is hanging down "touching" a toilet brush. That's the only thing I can think of. Everything else is amazing.
