Mucho olor a moo y umedad
La cercanía con el arrepiento a menos de 10 minutos aprox y el trato que nos dieron fue bueno
Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue satisfactoria. Durante mi estancia encontré una cucaracha de gran tamaño en el baño, la cual tuve que matar personalmente. Esta situación cambió por completo mi percepción sobre la limpieza y las condiciones de higiene del establecimiento.
Además, el hotel tiene una apariencia antigua y sus instalaciones reflejan falta de mantenimiento y cuidado. El baño era pequeño y la zona de la ducha demasiado reducida, lo que la hacía bastante incómoda.
Otro aspecto negativo fue el comedor, ya que es un espacio muy pequeño y poco cómodo, especialmente cuando hay varios huéspedes intentando comer al mismo tiempo.
En general, considero que el hotel necesita mejorar considerablemente la limpieza, el mantenimiento de sus instalaciones y la comodidad de sus espacios comunes. Mi experiencia estuvo por debajo de lo que esperaba de un alojamiento.
I liked comforting bed.
No elevator which is a negative for me. There is only 1 handicap room downstairs. When I have walk stairs my knees are not in good shape.

En la recepción había un tipo joven comiéndose una bolsa de chips medio acostado en la silla. No nos dijo ni hola, es más, estoy seguro de que le molestó que llegáramos.

Esta muy mal que ofrezcan trasporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa,y es mentira y luego sacan la excusa y digan que la van esta en mantenimiento
Bed comfortable, clean rooms...
Booked because it advertised as having an airport shuttle. there was none! And it appears there hadn't been any shuttle for several days. No advance notice given. No one at the front desk seemed too bothered, Poor service experience.

Bad customers service o got there on Sunday October 4th the guy at front desk very dry was not nice, didn’t even greet me. Didn’t explain where the room was at all I had to go find it myself after like 5 min to figure out how the numbers worked
Location close to airport
The photos dont look nothing like the property or rooms. Hotel had a smell including bed sheets. The bathroom was so small. Room doors were not close right I could see cracks through the door. The bathroom had an empty toilet paper roll. Which I question if it was even cleaned? I had my personal blanket with me and when I left the next day it smell bad like the hotel. The staff are not friendly at all. Customer service is a 2. Gentlemen just handed me a key. I was like where Im I going?? Room number elevator?? He seem bother by booking a room.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. When I arrived at the hotel they didn't let me in, they said that the room hadn't been paid for and I showed the counter staff the discount on my card and they still didn't let me in. Only until the next day did they write to me that the only thing I had to do was pay a deposit. They just didn't let me in. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
