Absolutely nothing. It was terrible. There wasn’t even an elevator inside the hotel and I had had knee surgery.

Cons:

There was no elevator inside the hotel. The mattress was on springs like a fold up bed. You could not move without squeaking. It was not clean and it sure didn’t look like it was in a place that was reputable.

Terrible.
Pros:

1.- Se solicito que confirmen el Shuttle desde el aeropuerto y colocamos la hora de llegada 23:30hrs; recibí la respuesta confirmatoria, sin embargo nunca hubo tal servicio, llamé al hotel y me dijeron que solo funcionaba ese servicio hasta las 22:00hrs. Entonces por qué me confirmaron? Me mintieron.
2. Habitación en 2do piso y no hay ascensor, tuvimos que subir 2 maletas de 23kg y 2 carry on de 12kg c/u x las escaleras.
3. La habitación no es como se muestra en las fotos, aparentemente amplia pero en realidad no hay mucho espacio para revisar las maletas.
4. El baño, no comento por el espacio disponible en el baño, pero lo que si es inaceptable es que la bañera esté sucio y con el piso lleno de hongos. Que confianza puede haber así?
5. La 2da noche que pasamos alli, al regresar como a la 1:00hrs, encontramos insectos en el piso del baño y en la habitación, hasta 1 pequeña cucaracha cerca de la puerta de la bañera.
- No puede ser que un hotel que se ampara en el nombre de una cadena como Wyndham, presente así sus instalaciones y sea descuidado en extremo con la limpieza.

Cons:

Arriba presenté el detalle de lo experimentado en este hospedaje. Lo peor es que hasta la fecha (30-05-2026) no han cumplido con devolver el depósito de US$100 que se dejó. Ni se han comunicado conmigo para nada.

Pros:

Room was remodeled and comfortable. Patio spaces was beautiful.

Cons:

No elevator. Shuttle pickup was not clear. We waited over an hour because the Shuttle is not properly named.

Pros:

A localização é perto do aeroporto.

Cons:

Considerando a cultura norte americana de ter água grátis em todo estabelecimento, o hotel deixou a desejar, pois não possui bebedouro grátis, e a água mineral de 500 ml custa 2 $, um absurdo!

Déjà 1 ère impression très décevante. Informations sur la navette aéroport complètement erronées. Le personnel signale que la navette porte le logo de l’hôtel or ce n’est pas du tout le cas la navette porte le nom d’une autre chaîne d’hôtels ce qui fait qu’on a attendu 2 heures une navette pour rien qui passait finalement toutes les 20minutes devant notre nez sans qu’on sache que c’était vraiment la bonne navette. Après un voyage en avion épuisant on s’en serait bien passé.
Ensuite à notre arrivée nous étions déçus de trouver une chambre beaucoup trop étroite où on ne peut pas même pas circuler surtout avec 2 lits dans la chambres
