Lovely atmosphere and friendly attentive staff. Perfect location. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Mattress had sagging springs. Although a mattress pad mostly covered it my husband found it too soft with not enough support.

There wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like.
An improvement could be an air conditioning unit in the bedroom during summer.
The location of the hotel was great for access to the train station and local restaurants. My room was quiet even though it faced the street. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Reserved parking with the welcome sign was a nice touch!
Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean and bed was nice, and there was enough space. We also had a private area outside the room. Location also very good and walking distance to trails, train station, etc.
Our room was next to the kitchen, so the extractor fan each morning and evening was audible and blew in the smell, which meant we had to shut windows during this time and couldn’t really enjoy the mini garden outside.

Breakfast was good quality, lots of options, fruit, cereal, pastries, then cooked breakfast as well. Nicely served. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a dedicated parking space. We could have had an evening meal there too if we had wanted, the menu looked very good.

We loved the warm welcome greeted by a complimentary coffee and home made cake. The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We loved the restaurant onsite which served great food. The breakfast was also very good. The allocated parking space was appreciated.
