I want to love it and it needs some love

Location is perfect. Love Sefton Park

Cons:

Need modernising. Mattress had at least one spring that was noisy. Terrible smell permeated the room, almost as if drains needed cleaning. It’s the structural issues, not the staff.

Overall a great stay and a fantastic location with regular local transport into the city centre

Great location and dog friendly. Lovely staff

Cons:

The only fault was a leaking down pipe on the outside the of the room which when it rained overnight caused a lot of noise

Very disappointed.My money wasted
Pros:

Got cool reception on arrival. 4 single beds in one same room.Not what I asked when booking. I left about 10 minutes after arriving.Wont go back there again

Perfect, it’s on the park and great location.
Pros:

I like staying here, because it’s local to my daughter’s house. When doing the Uni run - it’s the perfect place to stay. We love Sefton Park, everyone is so friendly.

Stuart Sutcliffe memorabilia. Position near the park.
Pleasant views from the room.

Cons:

Strong cooking shells permeated up to upper levels. Perhaps stronger fans and/or filters would be good.
Shower in the room was very noisy.

Pros:

Lovely staff , excellent breakfast, beautifully decorated room

Cons:

No restaurant. We walked to Lark Lane for something to eat. Lark Lane is full of restaurants and interesting to visit but it's about 3/4 mile from the hotel. Luckily it was a fine, warm night so we enjoyed it but a different matter in winter.

A nice short break at the this hotel.
Pros:

Liked the location of the hotel. The mirror in the bathroom was a good feature and the TV was positioned well to watch in bed.
