Lack of guest safety !!!!

No enforcement on guest behavior. Allowed disruptive, children, jumping pool hitting other guest and cause water spills in hallway which resulted in my mother falling!!!

Comfortable Stay with Good Breakfast

Comfy beds and a good breakfast. The staff was friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall the stay was pleasant.

Will not return.
Pros:

N/A breakfast stared at 7am and we left at 6:30.

Cons:

We arrived at 8:30pm and the lobby was full of children going in and out of the pool. Water all over the lobby floor and we didn’t see any supervision. Not the friendest night staff. We were very unimpressed.

Good overall
Pros:

Good points: easy check-in, comfy beds, nice towels (not scratchy like some places); there's some noise (mostly kids running the halls), but the air-conditioning fan is like a "white noise" device, so that cancels most of it out. There's a pool and hot tub if you're into that sort of thing.

Not-so-good points: the Wi-Fi is terrible! It disconnects frequently and is painfully slow. You only get two servings of coffee (one regular, one decaf), so if you don't want decaf or more than one cup, you have to trek down to the lobby.

Bottom line: if you need a comfortable place to crash, it's not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Was fine for one night after enjoying the Toledo Zoo, wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The location and the fact that they had a working pool & hot tub.

Cons:

The clientele, unfortunately (ghetto); the wifi went down and the front desk gal acted like she couldn’t do anything about it. I went downstairs to ask about it, and someone was already ahead of me in line about the same thing. I guess maybe enough people complained then maybe 20 minutes later, it miraculously worked again.
