I bought the two bedroom suite with a sofa bed and when I got there, I just had a two queen bedroom room and they made me pay an extra $50 for what I wanted which I paid for that the first time and I think they double charge me I will wait to see what my credit card statement comes

Dirty floor especially the bathroom. Bedding looked like it wasn’t changed from the previous occupants, pillows had stains and pillow cases had hair on it. No soap or shower gel in the bathroom. I did requested clean beddings which the cleaning person promptly changed the bedding. The shower gel or soap did not arrive. We always stay at this hotel when in town to visit relatives, it’s been ok in the past but this time was a disappointment.

Not clean. Carpet in our room was soaked took 2 hours to find us a new room. Door barely shut/locked. Not much for food options milk tasted spoils and cereal was stale. The worker looked high.

It was perfect!
Pros:

It was super clean, spacious, convenient for traveling, and the bed was very comfortable. The AC system worked great and the shower had great pressure. Tons of counter space in the bathroom and the women at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

Bathrooms need major upgrading
Cons:

First room the air-conditioning is not working. Change rooms at least the air conditioner was working. The phone was not working. The toilet in the bathroom was so low. It would’ve been perfect for kids. The tub was slippery. It was also very hard to get in and out. The bathroom needs to be updated so an adult without handicap can use it with ease. Minimum that needs to be done in the bathroom is to replace all toilets to adult height!!!!

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and the location and price was good. It was also pretty clean. I really liked that the check out wasnt until 12pm.

Cons:

My kids and I weren't expecting the mattresses to be harder than i thought was normal in most hotels i have stayed at. They were too hard for us and didn't sleep well or woke up sore. However this is a preference. Some people may like a harder mattress. I also paid for a queen room with 2 queen beds but the beds were not queen size.

Pros:

Stanza pulita e in ordine. Colazione buona (uguale a tutte le altre che abbiamo fatto altrove). Comodo se vuoi fare tappa prima di Chicago.

Cons:

I dintorni non sono un gran ché. Ti fermi giusto per dormire a un prezzo ragionevole e ripartire il giorno successivo.
