Exceptional service and an amazing stay

My partner and I had an incredible stay at The Nicol Hotel. We originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the hotel generously upgraded us to a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment! The entire place was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the staff—everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Very good. Location was also great.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. The fitness center was great with a wide variety of equipment. Breakfast was basic but well prepared. Location was also great.

Personeel was vriendelijk en verder hoed geholpen

Cons:

Het hotel is heel gehorig, de ligging is naast de snelweg. Dit kun je de hele dag goed horen. Ook kun je alles van je buren horen.
Het is een open gallerij, waardoor je dus het geluid van de snelweg zo goed hoort.
De douche was stuk, dit kan gebeuren en dat zal niet ieder appartement hebben, maar voor ons was het wel vervelend.
We hadden twee burgers besteld met een milkshake, voordat de milkshake kwam waren we 40min verder.
We hadden dit gekozen, omdat ze ook geen alcohol schenken in het hotel.
