Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the Royal Mile and very close to buses that will take you to Craigmillar Castle and Rosslyn Chapel.
The hotel rooms are a good size and are very clean and comfortable. Get the breakfast. It is a great value and includes a buffet plus a hot entree off of the menu.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

A lovely centrally situated hotel. The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable. There is air conditioning or you can open the windows if you wish. Bathroom and bedroom clean. Only downside was then sofa in our room was rather tatty and uncomfortable but we were offered a change of room or an alternative chair. We opted for the chair.. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of continental and cooked buffet or order from a menu. A delightful surprise was a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. We didn’t dine in as we were meeting up with family and friends in the evenings. The pool and sauna was nice for a relaxing time. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back.

Pros:

Localização, tamanho do quarto é bastante grande , cama grande e confortável.

Cons:

Casa de banho podia ser mais moderna e podiam ter renovado. Via se algumas falhas na parede de duche. Corredor feio . Para hotel que se designa Palace podia ser mais requintado.

Pros:

レベル2のフロアだったため景色はなく、空調の調整も出来なかったがベッドルームとバスルーム、アメニティ全てクオリティが高く予想以上に最高の滞在となった。
チェックインをしてくれたレセプションの女性スタッフの対応も素敵だった。
私の重いスーツケースをエレベーター前まで運んでくれて感謝しかない。

The window in our room wasn't easy to close. I was able to do it but it was fiddly.

Classy hotel
Pros:

This is a classy hotel with welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, since it is on a busy main road it would not suit light sleepers. The restaurant food was of a high standard, but not cheap. Downsides: Breakfasts can be chaotic, better just to use the buffet as service can be somewhat haphazard. Also, one of the two lifts was out of action for the whole of our stay. The armchair in our bedroom had seen better days.

Bonne situation par rapport à la ville, chambre spacieuse, piscine et spa correct

Cons:

Situation bruyante, température froide dans la chambre et ce malgré l'augmentation de la température au thermostat, celui-ci semblait bloqué, petit déjeuner limite dans le choix, accueil peu chaleureux, la qualité du nettoyage de la chambre déclinait au fil des jours
