Brilliant thank you
Pros:

Breakfast beautiful, slightly hard to navigate round the continental section as seating to one side and people waiting to do hot drinks and juices at the other.

Loved the fact you could exit the hotel at basement level straight to the station, absolute 10/10 for that

It’s a beautiful building, very well heated and luxurious the food at the breakfast is A+

Cons:

The lobby had stairs and a hidden ramp that i found out about at the last day so carrying my baby’s stroller was a bit of hassle

Perfect location with great facilities!
Pros:

Convenient to trams and trains. Quiet location but close to all the attractions

Short but very sweet.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, the entrance and lobby are impressive and welcoming, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. We felt very taken care of and would definitely return again with our family.

Cons:

Everything was perfect - we were even upgraded upon arrival for free by the lovely receptionist. It was a great trip and we will be back again at Christmas time to enjoy the cities festivities. Thank you.

Nice but not worth it
Pros:

The pool lookes nice,even thogh i didn't use it
It was nice to get cookies and tea in the room

Cons:

The first room they offered us was a family room without windows(!!!l) at the 2nd floor.we wanted to change th room and got another one on the 7th floor. It had a window but small one. The floor was broken in the bathroom..the door had so many skratches on it which was very weird.
The table lamp wasn't working
The breakfast was nice but small.nothing to write home about

Når man er på ferie vil man kunne sove om morgenen, derfor er det ikke greit å bli plassert ut imot en gate med mye jobb

Vi fikk rom ut mot gata der det var veiarbeid, og derfor veldig mye bråk fra tidlig morgen. Det er en dårlig beliggenhet.

Pros:

This hotel was a fantastic value. Great location... spacious rooms.... comfortable... and the price seems quite reasonable. If I was going back to Edinburgh, I would instantly try to book here again.

Fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel midden in het centrum van Edinburgh. Makkelijk te bereiken vanaf het vliegveld met de Airlink bus. Onze kamer was mooi, ruim en schoon, met zeer comfortabele bedden. Er was onder andere een koelkastje en waterkoker aanwezig, met thee, chocomelk en koekjes. De badkamer was voorzien van een douche en bad met geweldige waterdruk. Het ontbijt was geweldig; een combinatie van onbeperkt a la carte en buffet. Van de kaart hebben wij o.a. gebakken ei op zuurdesem brood, omelet met spek en kaas en tomaat, wafels en wentelteefjes met creme fraiche en gekarameliseerde banaan. Bij het buffet was o.a. vers fruit, brood met beleg, zoete broodjes, spek, roerei en worstjes te vinden. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als laatste is de spa van het hotel een fijne bonus, met een zwembad, sauna, stoombad en sportschool.

Cons:

In de badkamer leken enkele kleine plekjes zwarte schimmel te zitten. Ik had in het bad graag een hoofdsteuntje gehad. Het zwembad vond ik koud, maar ik denk dat het ideaal is na sauna of stoombad gebruik (helaas kon ik deze i.v.m. mijn zwangerschap zelf niet gebruiken, maar mijn moeder heeft ervan genoten).
