Lovely hotel with a great location!
Pros:

Everyone was so kind, and went out of their way to make our stay great!

There was only one working elevator.

Excellent spa weekend
Pros:

short walk from train station, central location, lovely friendly helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Delicious breakfast with a vast choice. Room and bathroom, great size.

Cons:

Needed longer hanging space in wardrobe

Location was excellent. The room was spacious. Not enough electrical sockets though

The reception staff were incompetent, info about facilities etc. provided was not sufficient Only one lift for a huge hotel

Pros:

Location to all things tourist, especially the hop on hop off bus, shopping and eating outlets.

Cons:

Only one lift operational, meaning long waits if busy. When room was refreshed somethings were missed

Very cool room and would stay again…once it’s refurbished
Pros:

Excellent Location, Very quirky layout and Lovely bar!

Cons:

For the price, the room wasn’t very well detailed. Big paint scuffs, black in the silicone, old windows didn’t look great and ceiling rooflight clearly had water damage which hasn’t been fully repaired. Nothing overly bad, but for the costs of it, it could have been presented better.

Pros:

Hotel moderne surtout bien situé et confortable, petit déjeuner correct. Piscine ouverte dès 7 heures et jusqu'à 22 heures

Cons:

Chambres sans personnalité comme ce genre d hotel. Rapport qualite/prix mais prix du marché à édimbourg !
