Great staff great location comfortable rooms and air conditioning. Definitely check out the water park and mall while you're there.
Parking spaces are so tight in garage
Proximity to restaurants and shops was good. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
We thought the pool was directly attached to the hotel but it is part of a larger complex.Not a big problem, just unexpected.

Super modern and clean. Easy to get into the town on the tram. Superb friendly staff. Breakfast was astonishingly good as were the staff who were on duty. Fantastic safe car park below.

Staff were very courteous, and they were very responsive to our concerns.
Room was perfectly clean. (Someone had obviously vomited in the hallway near our room shortly prior to our arrival, and the smell was quite bad, but this was cleaned up very quickly within less than 2 hours, and the smell was COMPLETELY cleared just as quickly.
Hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite in addressing problems.
Our concerns were addressed quickly. Since we did not require housekeeping after 1 night, I had left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door after the 1st night, so the issues not being addressed immediately is our own fault.

We booked a 4-night stay at this hotel for June. At the time of booking in January, I requested a room on a high floor. We were later informed that we would be on the 8th (top) floor. Upon check-in, we were again informed we would be on the 8th floor.
That was not true. The key didn't work. We contacted the front desk. We were then informed that a mistake had been made, and that we would instead be on the 3rd floor, with virtually no view of the mountains. (To your credit, later that evening, we were notified that we could switch rooms after 2 nights --but we had to decline because we would be traveling to another city that morning and would not be back until the evening.)
What you call an "executive suite" is nothing more than a simple hotel room with a king-size bed and a very cheap mini fridge. This is not an "executive suite" by any definition.
Pillows are not very good, but this was our own fault, since we failed to contact the front desk regarding other options for pillows. We did not notice the sign about pillow options.
There is very little shelf space for clothes and there are NO drawers in the entire suite to store clothing items. Few clothes hangers (more were delivered immediately upon request.)
No smart TV -- strange for a 4-star hotel in the capital city of Switzerland.
No way to change TV on-screen instructions to any language other than French.
The TV channel listing, provided later upon request, is incorrect or outdated.
Proximity to the train station created much noise at night (people talking loudly and bottles being discarded).
Bad shower design - shower is mostly open to the rest of the bathroom. Water splashes out to the floor. We KNOW this is typical of European shower design, but for a "Holiday Inn", you could do better.
Telephone did NOT work. This was confirmed by your staff.
Super hotel, direct naast de snelweg. Waar je overigens totaal geen last van hebt. Airco werkte goed. Zwembad was echt top!
Voor het zwembad moet je overigens wel bijbetalen en het is zo'n 5 minuten lopen vanaf de lobby van het hotel. Voor motorrijders; je kan parkeren op een motorparkeerplaats tussen het hotel en het nabijgelegen tankstation. Dit is wel uit het zicht van de receptie, maar wel gratis.
I have chosen an option of a room with twin beds, I was with my son, which seemed to be available on Booking.com
Then I received an email from the hotel which said that they would do everything they can to accommodate my request, which made me think that I would get such room, but subsequently did nothing. When I arrived in the hotel and complained about not having a room with twin beds, the receptionist told me about the sentence in the email about availability of such rooms.
Obviously I was ignored and because of the sentence in their message, it was all my fault, I should have called the hotel and confirmed, I am afraid they do not care about customers, I guess they will sell their rooms anyway, so why bother?
